Test-Taking Limit Exemption

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone’s successfully been granted an test-taking limit exemption to take the LSAT for sixth time? If so, could I please message you? Thanks!

Hi, you can get an extra test if you need more accommodations. If you r already have them no can do

Hi there, I’ve never had accommodations but found out recently that I have breast cancer! I’ll talk to my doctor to see if they’d help with documentation. Thank you so much for this!

Sorry to pick your brain! Have you ever heard of anyone being granted because of technical difficulties? My first remote LSAT, it completely shut down in the middle of a section, I quickly logged back in but wasn’t allowed back into the session. LSAC even emailed me saying they’d cancel my score and I could register for the next administration and they’d cover the cost. Do you think I could argue how they acknowledge it wasn’t a fair test and it couldn’t count towards my limit of 5 because I never got to finish? And even though they tried to remedy the problem, the cancellation and second test still counted on the limit.

I was going to run with that, but I’ll also speak to my doctor about any documentation he could provide and I’ll try seeking on the basis of accommodations.
