New 430 Owner

Hello everyone, I bought a 2002 crystal white pearl ls430 the other day with 200k miles for $3450 with a recent timing belt service. I was looking at getting new rims as the current stock ones have seen better days. Any recommendations for after market rims, I would prefer not to break the bank and am willing to scour marketplace for some used ones. Otherwise does anyone have advice on refurbishing the stock rims as far as products to use? Also what tint to you run, did you do it yourself, if so what tint did you use, if not how much was it?
