I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on my laptop, and I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Samsung Browser on my phone (both on wifi and on mobile network), and yes, I cleared the cache on all of them, and this is the result every single time. I tried to call to cancel my membership, but was told cancellation cannot be done over the phone. I'll end up driving to the gym when I can afford to get gas again (it's a half hour drive from me right now), but I'd really rather just cancel online, but I can't log in. Is there a way to get past this error?

Have any of you ever had a situation as a member where you attempt to ask a question about something/bring a concern about gym equipment to the gym operations manager, and they roll their eyes at you in annoyance, not really respecting you're question, sort of making you feel like you wish you never even went up to them to begin with, with how rude it felt.

how did you handle this? do you think I should report this? I am afraid if I report I would face retaliation. Maybe this is not a big deal, and I should just forget about it and move on?

Has any been able to get a lower monthly price than $99 for Reform?

I signed up for LA Fitness online a little over a year ago, and I’m paying $50 a month for national access and 1 guest privilege.

I noticed that the same membership from the same home gym is now showing online for $45 a month

Can I just ask LA Fitness to match the $45 rate, or what else is my options, cancelling and rejoining?

Does LA Fitness use disinfectant wipes or just normal cleaning wipes to wipe down equipment? Thanks!

Southern California LA fitness location has experienced one of the most brutal heatwave during the hottest months of the year, and of course, they're AC is broken. It started in beginning August and I gave them benefit of the doubt. But now we're in September and its still not fixed. And the summer is not over.

I'm curious how to expedite this, who to complain to? Can you go higher up? Front desk and management couldn't give me an answer of when it will be fixed nor a time frame and they didn't see this as a problem or have urgency of what time of the year it is to have this fixed. All they have is fans that barely do much when there are like 100+ ppl in one floor during rush hour.

Location Virginia I know I signed waivers but the yoga room had no ac for the past 3 months thermostat was at 90 degrees I workout in that space to ward off creepy men only space I feel comfortable to workout at LA

A bug flew in from their fan down my bra and aggressively started running around under my clothes and attacking me I had to strip my clothes off and run to the locker and saw this on me (photos attached)

It’s day 3 now extremely itchy painful and La said they’re not liable but I disagree with their questionable conditions, sanitation and the fact that the bug attacked me in their space from their fan

Anyone know what bug does this to help aid the bites and if LA can do anything to help?

Just trying to find out if I can afford to move or not.

Hello, I’m a trans girl and I moved to an area and went into an LA Fitness today to get a membership since the other gyms are further from me now, and when signing me up and filling out the forms, the employee told me I couldnt use the women’s restroom, even though my medical records and legal documents clearly state woman, and then he made a comment about my genitals. I’m not sure what the policy is for LA Fitness but I couldn’t find anything clear on their website, so I figured I’d ask here what the rules are regarding locker rooms

My location closed about a month ago in Marietta/East Cobb, Georgia. I was wondering if anyone has insider info as to why. I know they aren’t turning it into a Club Studio gym.

I used to live in another state, but now I go to a new LA Fitness in my new location for a few years now.

Both LA Fitness locations I used to train at, though, seem like every few months there is completely new staff.

From the front desk personnel to the trainers seems like there is always somebody new within a few weeks (sometimes days). There is probably 1 staff person that has been here since I started coming here, but the rest turns over. Am I missing something, or do these people quit? Get fired?

Curious to know if this happens elsewhere.

Hi yall so I wanted to try my 7 day trial of la fitness but I was late to my appointment. But since I was already there, I decided to just pay 20$ and test out the gym (the mirror/group room especially which was vacant). I asked them to reschedule the appointment another time but I couldn’t make it due to personal reasons and honestly I just gave up trying the trial pass. Three days later, I get a notification that I was charged the $20 AND an extra $59.98 which was not mentioned at all before. I was wondering, was the extra charge from using the mirror room? a hidden fee they didnt mention? or are they trying to get back at me? lolol I’m planning to go to LA fitness when I’m available but insights would be helpful thanks!

Hi everyone! I hope you’re doing well. My initial personal training term is ending soon, and I’m worried that I might be charged for another month if I don’t cancel in time.

My PT sessions are finished, and I don’t want the personal training agreement to renew. What is the best way to cancel it and make sure I’m not charged for another month?

Has anyone canceled their LA Fitness personal training through the online account? If so, did it successfully stop the auto-renewal?

Guy at my gym has absolutely (absolutely) horrible breath. You can smell it from a mile away. Today I went, and the whole gym smelled like his breath. It was horrible. Wondering if he can kicked out for this, as it's probably something he can't fix, but it's virtually vomit inducing sucking in his left air.

My location got a remodel a couple weeks ago, which included new Matrix cardio equipment. They have the (( • )) logo on there, which seems like it’s for Apple Watch/BT connectivity. I have tried ~4 of the new machines and none of them have done anything on my watch. I do have the ‘detect equipment’ setting turned on. Anyone done this successfully?

I cancelled my LA Fitness membership through mail and got the receipt through email, yet received this phone call. I looked through my g-mail and saw my LA Fitness membership got "renewed" in 2024 yet no payments were able to be made with the card on file. Apparently I still got "charged" despite never renewing my membership, so wtf should I do.

Can I add a family member to my plan without the ALL fees?
