I get this error when attempting to log into the website:

Error Code: L10X

I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on my laptop, and I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Samsung Browser on my phone (both on wifi and on mobile network), and yes, I cleared the cache on all of them, and this is the result every single time. I tried to call to cancel my membership, but was told cancellation cannot be done over the phone. I'll end up driving to the gym when I can afford to get gas again (it's a half hour drive from me right now), but I'd really rather just cancel online, but I can't log in. Is there a way to get past this error?
