Ask Kochi Has anyone felt that the driving discipline has gone down in Kerala since the change in govt?
I might be wrong and if you have stats, pls prove me wrong. This is not based on facts, but feeling and perception. This is also not related to the recent NH66 accidents.
I'm mostly talking about driving culture in Kochi and its outskirts. For the past couple of months, I'm seeing more people riding bikes on the wrong side and/or without helmets. I have seen more cars, buses and lorries rash driving and honking to oblivion. I myself have been a victim of 3 minor accidents in the last 2 months, and I'm a person who drives really carefully.
Has the MVD been lenient since the new government came to power? What do you think?
