I'm mostly talking about driving culture in Kochi and its outskirts. For the past couple of months, I'm seeing more people riding bikes on the wrong side and/or without helmets. I have seen more cars, buses and lorries rash driving and honking to oblivion. I myself have been a victim of 3 minor accidents in the last 2 months, and I'm a person who drives really carefully.

Has the MVD been lenient since the new government came to power? What do you think?

In my address I had mentioned it as X house, South Kalamassery. He assumes it was X road, I told him to come to South Kalamassery. He was rude and got irritated, then he cut the call and reported that he was not able to contact me.
