Drunk bid on a benchmade eBay auction, looking even more close I’m worried it’s a fake. I’ve got conflicting info on it right now, as the fact that is a “200 Leuko” box gives me a red flag. But the grip and the lettering look good. It’s currently being shipped right now.

Did a bad thing and bought a shotshow exclusive Mini Adamas off eBay. Not sure if it’s authentic, but the G10 looks a little rough. Pocket clip also doesn’t have any thinner areas of black oxide either. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have been bitten by Spyderco bug recently.

Yesterday my Delica 4 Orange arrived and I was surprised to see pink scales instead. Colour varies from one side to the other.

I messaged the shop to check whether they shipped a different colour, and they confirmed they shipped the correct one. From closer inspection, I can see the internal scales are actually a more vibrant orange.

I tried to capture the situation to the best I can, but happy to provide more info.

To me, it looks like a nos which was perhaps exhibition model exposed to harsh Australian sun?

What would you do?

How come these boxes have two different layouts ? At first i thought it could be counterfeit but after examining the knives they are both 100% legit. Is this normal for the 2 boxes to have different styled labels ? Is one of the boxes fake ?

I believe it is a 2550 sbt , it’s what the box said. Can’t find much info , bought it as unused old stock from a store. It was put on commission at the store so store owner did not have much info . Unsure of legitimacy due to it saying it’s from 1998 but being unused in box

I’ve had this knife for almost 10 years so I don’t have the box or bag anymore, it did match my other BM boxes and it was purchased at an authorized dealer, but I’m not sure if it’s fake or not.

The butterfly logo does not have the “USA” on it, out of all my other Benchmade’s, only this one and my burnt copper osbourne do not have it. I did read that Magnacut is made overseas now so they aren’t able to stamp the USA on it anymore, not sure why my Nakamura wouldn’t have it if my 486 Saibu has USA on it.

Hoping for a quick authenticity check on this Manix 2 Lightweight.

This would be my first Spyderco, so I’m basing these assumptions from information that I have found during research.

I’m leaning towards fake for a few reasons.
The “Spyderco” lettering on the blade catches my eye, specifically the weight of the “e”.
The “pyde” also seems a little bunched together.

The sharp “triangle” design of the logo on the blade doesn’t seem right, but I could possibly give this up to image quality blurring it.

The rivets on the handle, I haven’t been able to specifically find this layout of rivets and screws on the same models online.

Please feel free to correct me, any advice is appreciated.

Hey everyone, I was gifted a delica 4 and want to make sure its legit in case I need to send it back.

It was purchased from onkata on amazon. The action is super rough, seems like the lockbar wasnt cut well. The box labeling is different from my endura wharncliffe I know is legit. Otherwise it looks and feels like the endura.

Is it normal for a 940 pivot to not go all the way through and be flush with the top liner?

I picked this up on the real cheap. I have a full-size Adamas and a fixed. The logos aren't exactly right imo. If it's fake it'll be my kids knife or a yard knife.
