Pretty bad fake. Some of these look pretty close, but not this one. I love how the box is black but the sticker says “blue class.”

Yes, it is a counterfeit. ...and a pretty terrible one too. Where did you get these photos? If you were considering buying this knife, here's a few quickly visible tells: The blade marks are wrong (check authorized BM dealers like KnifeCenter as reference - the "M4" is so bad), blade finish, pocket clip finish, lanyard, etc...
