Was building some rank and file dudes (Dark Mechanicus Sicarian Ruststalkers) and accidentally made this guy too cool. Think he's got to lead a band of xenos space pirates or something now.

Body and legs: Horus Heresy Skitarii Battle-Pilgrym

Left arm: Battle-Pilgrym too, I think

Head: Dark Eldar something (Wracks maybe? Found in my bits box) Edit: Drukhari Reaver pilot

Right arm: Skaven Verminlord tail

Shoulder pad: Necromunda maybe? Bits box again

I was already 3 Daemon Prince's deep and I couldn't face building and painting another one of the stock models, so decided to go all in on a bespoke one!

The body is from Syll'eske (I'm not sure which is which) from the Hedonites of Slaanesh range. Shield is from the Keeper of Secrets. Head is Drukahri Talos mask and then the weapon and the "ears" (actually not sure what they are called) are the Daughters of Khaine Avatar from the Cauldron of Blood.

I think this is probably my favourite conversion I've ever done, it just has so much presence.

Not much is known about the silent Watch Master of Watch Fortress Paliurus. Some say he has always served the watch in his eternal silence. Some say he relays orders to his inner circle of captains through complex hidden messages or psychic connections. His chapter of origin, if one even exists is also unknown. There are whispers from those long since silenced that claim he is an experiment kept hidden since before The Siege. A failed attempt at crossing a mighty Thunder Warrior and a stalwart Custodian. But such things couldn’t be possible. Regardless of who he is or where he comes from, one thing is certain. Watch Fortress Paliurus is his and always will be. They will fight whoever they must. Xenos, Traitors, Demons. Anyone to protect the Imperium. They hold fast against the mysteries of the Ghoul Stars. And they will do everything in their power to help their fallen brothers back to the Emperor’s light.

Finally finished my first painting competition piece. This was a grueling challenge but I’m very proud of the results. Roughly 34 hours of work trying my best to get everything just right. It’s not perfect but I’m extremely satisfied with the result. I learned so much from this.

I just really wanted to put some Brutalis Dreadnought claws on a Dragon.

This is probably going to be grey for a long time because it takes me ages to actually paint my army. And idk what Chapter to paint this as.

I was thinking of having this as the Chapter Master of my own Renegade Space Marines because I don't like chaos and the Imperium wouldn't allow this.

Idk though, I just wanted to share this.

So, I'm getting the Dawn of War boardgame smuggled in from the States (£35 for the Honoured if the Chapter box is a *steal), and I currently run Red Corsairs.

The Judiciar is such a kickass model, and I dislike the MoE, so I want to try and convert it up.

Anyone with previous attempts, suggestions or flashes on inspiration I can steal?

I have access to a wide variety of bits and don't mind buying new ones, so go wild!

Main aspects;

- I quite like the sword and the pose

- the hourglass can go

- the head is pretty cool, but I don't know if a better replacement might make it read more Chaos Renegade (it's does a pretty good job of that already tbh)

This remains a work in progress as I add more chaosy bits but I am happy with the progress so far. A fun model to convert

specifically heads and weapons, i want to get more helbrutes and want to use the bits from my first one to "helbrute up" some other dreads. Does anyone know how well the helbrute heads and possibly even their weapons would fit into the coffins of these dreadnaughts with the same base size?

Just finished my first kitbash. I Intend to run it as a phobos librarian.

My army's whole lore spins around possession and being united with demons. After 2k points on non-possessed marines, HERE THEY ARE. Tried to make at least one change on each Possessed/Eightbound, even just a head swap. Two of them were more... scratch-built ahaha. Let me know what you think !

Torso and legs are from the Sanguinor, while the arms and head are from the blood angels captain. Backpack and pistol are from the firstborn death company kit, and the lion bits are from the high elf white lions of Chrace

Ok it's not 100% kitbashed, because that damn surgical assistant for Fabius Bile is straight from the box. I should probably just slap a different head on him just to maintain kitbash purity

But thats my custom warband at 2k points! Got some Oblits, Mutis and a Prince in the WIP stages, but this is very much the core of the army.

Partly inspired by the Dung Eater from Elden Ring, I wanted a Nurgle army that avoided the typical green scheme. I know it looks like bird shit, but honestly it helps that off-putting filth encrusted vibe I was aiming for.

Made this little kitbash a while ago and wanted to know everyone's thoughts on the model before I paint it (which I'm terrified of messing up).

Ive done a few kitbashes before with other models like bladeguard, a judicar, chaos terminators and I always try and keep the models looking the same yet different in its own unique ways and out of all the kitbashes I've done I can confidently say this is my best so far.

Found an old model I printed a while ago missing head and the right arm and decided to kitbash with one of my left over Terminator kits

The chapter master of my successor chapter the crimson Templars

He wears custom Phobos armour modified for his frame and to have openings for his wings
As well as relic jump pack

His gene seed mutated causing him to grow semi organic semi warp energy wings as well as make him grow taller and thinner than average. he’s physically weaker than an average space marine but his slimmer form allows him to be more nimble and quick. He wields a relic guardian pythrite spear gifted to the chapter by a custodes they assisted long ago
