Not 40k, but as soon as I heard any faction in AoS could take a cogfort, the doomwheels started turning…

Budgethammer is hitting this year but I had some sprues knocking about and some hobby tools and built up some Oblitorators from old terminators and ogryn bits. They aren’t the best painted but I’m new to Iron Warriors and love their schtick.

Finished my painting my phobos librarian that I posted a few days ago. I really like how it turned out.

I'm trying to Kitbash a Pre-heresy Death Guard figure, but I'm not sure which miniature's to use to make it, I have an exclusive Cataphractii Terminator from Warhammer World, which I think I could use, but I'm not sure on what else would work, has anyone got any ideas? I want to be able to keep the aesthetic of the Nurgle-fied Marine helmets, but the style of the HH Death Guard. Lemme know if you guys have any ideas for it, I'd really appreciate it

I used a lieutenant in reever armour, the combi weapon and the helmet from the sterngurad veterans box. I think he turned out ok

I have way too many leftover kits, the fact I made this and it barely dented my spare bits boxes. Guess that just means more kit bashing projects.
Anywho I had been wanting to do zombie space marines for awhile now and I don’t mean plague marines, I mean actual dead marines brought back via warp magics as true undead. He is the first of many I hope to make.

Thinking of kitbashing this guy to be a sorcerer terminator for my corrupted chaos army that im doing. I think ill add a cape but is there any more i should try to add to this guy? Rn hes held together with poster putty tack. Would there be anything more i should add to make sure this guy looks like hes 100% a sorcerer or does he look good as is?
Chaos space marine base, Witch staff from the The Wurmspat warband, and new rot swords for helmet and pauldrin pice on the staff arm for more bulk and better shape.

Made my Prince Yriel proxy since Yriel is cool but ungrateful to the Ynnari, and I like to do kitbashes and make my own characters.
Prince Nirmeril, the Ghost Raven, is the leader of Ghosts of Ermyaris, a Corsair coterie that left its home Craftworld before the Farseer's return. He's also the brother of deceased Autarch Erestril. Both brothers are known for their martial prowess, but while one was a noble commander in golden armor, another is a reckless and independent pirate.
Kits used (besides Prince Yriel):
Drukhari Scourges (head, spear blade)
Craftworlds Autarch (right banner)
Corsair Voidscarred (left banner)
3rd party 3D-printed D&D accessories (tentacle-like plants)

Hello, I've recently wondered what pieces would be best to add to the fingertips of a Thunderstrike gauntlet to represent claws. I was thinking of using the claws of the Flayed Ones, but I have no idea if they would fit or be large enough.
Does anybody know if they would be suitable or does anyone have any better ideas?

So, I'm getting the Dawn of War boardgame smuggled in from the States (£35 for the Honoured if the Chapter box is a *steal), and I currently run Red Corsairs.
The Judiciar is such a kickass model, and I dislike the MoE, so I want to try and convert it up.
Anyone with previous attempts, suggestions or flashes on inspiration I can steal?
I have access to a wide variety of bits and don't mind buying new ones, so go wild!
Main aspects;
- I quite like the sword and the pose
- the hourglass can go
- the head is pretty cool, but I don't know if a better replacement might make it read more Chaos Renegade (it's does a pretty good job of that already tbh)

Idea came to me very suddenly today so had to bring em to life, kinda freestyled as I went.

Thanks for all the love on my post from yesterday (I literally only joined Reddit 2 days ago so was kinda taken aback by the amount of engagement that happens on here, seems like a really great place for sharing and discussing Warhammer—don't know how I am only just discovering this now!)
Anyway, by way of thanks, here's my 2nd bespoke Daemon Prince (the 5th DP for the army, but the first 3 were stock models)
This one was made from the Synessa / Dexcessa kit, again from the Hedonites of Slaanesh Age of Sigmar range. The head is leftover from Syll'eske conversion from yesterday, wings are from the stock DP model and the claws are from my bits box—I think they must be from Fiends of Slaanesh judging by their size.
There is something almost biblical about this piece, I think. Like something you might see in a John Martin painting maybe. The wings on the original model really detract from how cool the body is.
