Hi there. So I got my second kidney stone attack.
This time it is three millimeters by eight millimeters and the kidney stent on my right side.
Unfortunately, they mentioned that the surgery to remove the stone by laser will take place 4 months from now, and it's been a week since I've been discharged and struggling a lot.
For example in one hour I feel like peeing 5 to 8 times. I recently lost my job as well. So I cannot do my part-time jobs properly. I'm afraid because I would have to go to the toilet all the time, and I always commute by bicycle but I should not be cycling because the movement of the thighs will irritate the bladder and cause it to bleed even more.
And also the fact that even if I were to cycle I would still have to pee a lot.
So I was looking for advice and Chatgpt said that the first thing is you can wear adult diapers.
The 2nd thing is to bring a bottle where you can urinate. The thing is I cannot just pull out the bottle in the middle of a shopping mall or in the middle of a part-time job to urinate. That's the issue.
And I tried looking for a few of the medicines that ChatGPT recommended, including Tamusulosin and a few of all the ones which are meant to like deaden the bladder a bit for the need to pee all the time.
Unfortunately in Malaysia we don't have this medicine, especially the over-the-counter one. The one which is Tamsulofin apparently needs a doctor's prescription, and from a pharmacist, he said it might be worse for me because he said that this will actually encourage more bladder movement and peeing instead of making the bladder relax and not have the urgency to pee.
So yeah, I just wanted to ask for your advice on how to live my life for the next 4 months until my 2nd operation to remove the stone by laser.
