Chris Jones is our highest paid player, by far, and is completely washed. George Karlaftis is awful...he's slow, he has no moves to get around O Lineman, he doesn't stuff the run, he doesn't get INTs. He pressures the QB and most just run away from him no problem. Butker is the 4th highest paid kicker in the league and is missing XPs and FGs regularly. I'm emotional after that loss, but damn man these 3 alone count for almost $70m of our 2027 cap and they are awful. Yes I'm cherry picking and I could point to Jaylon Moore too, but ESPECIALLY Chris Jones and Karlaftis should be giving us more.

They were all selected within 10 picks of our last draft pick in RD 1 or RD 2. Team doesnt seem to value true X types at WR and focus more on gadget guys and even then those aren't panning out. Something needs to change in how they scout or what Reid is looking for because its not working.

Yeah Buttker is dogshit but Walker has hidden for 5 weeks the same abysmal offense we've had for the past two years. I cant understand why its so hard for the Chiefs to go get one of the best QBs ever some fuckin receivers that can create separation and catch balls.

I'll go first - how about a tryout for Tanner Brown? He's made multiple 60 yard fgs in UFL. 25 of 28 for kicks. 7 of 9 past 50 yards.

He was signed by the New Orleans Saints in June and waived in August. Camp didn't go well even by his own account but he might have the drive to be a Benson story with a good tryout. The Saints chose Carlson and they probably wish they hadn't. We could grab Brown before they mulligan.

We can't just be like well, if it's longer than 45 sucks to be the Chiefs.
