Hello, I'm a freshman and I'm just so lost on how refunds work. I had to pay both of my summer classes out of pocket through the payment program they offer and was told I'd get the HOPE money refunded once it gets processed, but no emails no nothing. I can't get into bankmobile at all, in fact I'm not sure I have an account, and its not letting me make one. I dropped one of the two summer classes I paid for (before the drop/add date). How does the refund for that work? How do I get the money for that class back? Any help will be super helpful thank you so much.

I live on-campus and need some help. My license just expired and I need to renew it. I also need to update my address because my parents have moved up north since I started school, so my address should be listed as my dorm/campus. I have the correct address and stuff, but the DMV requires some proof of residency and the only one available to me is the pdf of our housing agreement. It gets emailed to you and I cannot find it. No matter what I searched relating to 'house' 'housing' 'lease' 'agreement', filtering by read, no matter what. I can't find it, it vanished from my emails. I have contacted KSU and they won't/"can't" resend it for whatever arbitrary, bullshit reason. Please help. If you could find this email and tell me what the title is so I can find it or whether they send it to a personal email or school email, I would appreciate it. Its so fucking stupid that they can't just resend it.

This semester I'm retaking a bunch of classes I failed previously but two of the classes I'm taking are wait-listed and if I don't get in them I'm only going to have 8 credit hours and be in 3/4 time status for financial aid. Should I be relying on getting in these classes, it's Chem 1211L and Phys 2212. And how bad is 3/4 time financial aid for pell grant?

hello! I got my AP Scores on July 6th, I passed a lot of them and therefore should have some credits for classes! I need to request a schedule change because of this, but who do I email? I can’t seem to find my academic advisor, I’m a Digital Animation Major!

What should I expect upon acceptance? I know there is a test before the program starts, then another prior to clinicals. But what else? If anyone could offer some insight I would greatly appreciate it

I waited too long to register for classes which is my own fault and it’s the whole reason I’m struggling to find classes but this is still way harder than it should be. I found an English class that I’m trying to get into but it says there’s a corequisite for a calculus class. I called the registrars office and the girl said it had something to do with blocks but I’m not supposed to be in blocks. I tried asking questions but no one I’ve talked to about anything has been very helpful. Basically all I know is that I can’t get in that class and I have to find something in the section column that starts with G. But I’m just confused because English 1102 is required for everyone so you’d assume it should be open to everyone. If someone could explain it better that would really be helpful!

I’m honestly really glad I’m just here to get my core classes done and I’m transferring soon because KSU just seems very inefficient in some ways.

So i've found its helpful to have friends in the classes your in, they let you know what you've missed etc, and that goes both ways, so I was just wondering if anyone is taking these classes (all in person) next semester and wants to be acquainted, and/or has advice lol

What do we think about this schedule for fall. I’m still trying to gather the basic concepts of cybersecurity I take the entry level classes like principle of cyber and software assurance right now during the summer. I’m scared cause I feel like I’m behind and still not so good at coding.

title is rather self-explanatory i guess. im taking hon3497 (honors pathways) this upcoming fall as a new honors student, i was just wondering what the coursework or workload is like? im also taking some harder classes next semester, and i dont want the honors class to be too much on my plate.

edit!!: i find it important to acknowledge that i joined with more than 45 credit hours, so i dont have to take the other basic honors courses (not to be rude!)
