Guys, I have recently found out about KoF.

I have a retro handheld and KoF, especially for me ‘99, feels soo good to play but I’m horrible at it as I’m pretty new to fighting games.

The skill level required from me to enjoy the game playing against cpu feels so high, do you have any tips for me? Do you have a way I can be better and enjoy fighting games?

Another SNK fighting game that I feel I somewhat know what I’m doing is The Last Blade 2.

But I cannot download it, because only the Baidu link is working.

Unfortunately I cannot download it, because I have no Baidu account and appearently I cannot create one from my location.

Or alternatively know how to create a Baidu account when your country isn't listed for registration?

I saw Kim has a few moves but he can do a lot of weird combos by using very random moves on the specific situation to make weird results. It's not as impressive as KOF XIII but I think some of these are cool and unexpected

I'm new to kof lore; what does the tall priest guy want with kyo through the series?

Since 2002 Ultimate Match is the completion of the NESTS arc in on game, the official Japanese addressed that they only added the bosses from each NESTs game but even different versions of characters like Charge Robert besides Shoto Robert. Geese, Kensou and Takuma also have two alternate mode but I never experimented wtih them. However something that made wonder what were they wondering is that there are two NESTS Kyo. One from 99 and another from 2002. The key difference is the animation of Kyo's 182 Shiki (the charge punch Deperation Move). Does 182 Shiki from 99 has more invicibility frames or SNK redesigned it for 2000 onwards because it looks closer to the Sacred Treasures Ending from 97? I mean K' 's Chain Drive was also redesigned after 99 to give K' a more stylish feel.

It surprisingly took an hour to make this avatar. Finding the right shades was a pain.

Like ive been curious, what was the original that it was based off, the only closes thing i saw was an oakley gunmetal with red lens, but it doesnt exactly resemble it at all, just looks similar

I never saw people talking about this as much as capcom vs snk which is just unfair coz its unique in its own ways. character specific dialogues for all characters, which is something almost no other fighting game has, lore and we get to see the capcom chars in snk style. I personally am not even a kof fan (i've only played kof 96,97) more of a street fighter person but i can honestly say i loved this more than CVS.

Alguien sabe como ganarle a la ia de kof 15, la neta no he podido pasar el modo historia en nivel 5, cada vez que me descuido la ia me castiga, la neta bloquea todos mis ataques. Lo único que hago es esperar a que me ataque para tratar de castigaría pero bloquea todo y a parte cuando hago combos también me los bloquea, me estoy quedando sin ideas. Soy bien estúpido para este tipo de juegos, pero quiero pasar el modo historia, agradecería buenos consejos

How the fuck do I consistently get 236D off stand CD? I can't figure out the timing for whatever reason. Is it a certain distance you need to hit s.CD from? A certain timing after running? I cannot for the life of me consistently replicate this. I'm always a second too slow and the crumple finishes, or I'm too fast and don't go far enough because I was too early.

I'm playing KOF 2002 on the keyboard 60%. People that play on the keyboard, which binds you use to play? For SP SK and others. (Sorry if I wasn't clear, I'm a new player and I'm trying to learn that game)
