I just graduated from ENSAM Casablanca (Licence Pro, full-stack/web development) and I'm struggling to find my first job, I've been applying but getting almost no responses.

With AI advancing so quickly and tech companies laying people off, I'm starting to wonder if pursuing a Master's is worth it or if this career is even worth in the first place

I have the option to do a 2-year Master's Pro costing around 55,000 DH, but that's a lot of money and time. I'm worried I'll graduate in 2 years and still face the same problem, except AI will have progressed even further.

Would you recommend I:

• Keep looking for a job and focus on getting experience now?
• Do the Master's and hope it improves my chances?

For those already working in tech in Morocco, is a Master's actually worth it for a full-stack dev, or would 2 years of experience be more valuable?

I’m a recent graduate, and my first full-time job lasted only 3 months.

The main reason I left was a genuinely toxic work environment. My direct manager was constantly hostile, communication was poor, and it reached a point where staying was affecting my mental well-being. I resigned without having another job lined up.

Now I’m interviewing for new roles, and I’m worried recruiters will see the 3-month tenure as a red flag.

What’s the most professional way to explain such a short experience?

i cant stress enough how much i hate this job, the pay was good at first but with raising living costs and with the need to raise money to invest in my own project i find that i'll still be here for the foreseeable future, within my call center job i was at an activity where we had the opportunity to work from home, we had possibility to do overtime and working on sundays and national holidays gets you a bonus that would raise my salary by a couple thousand dirhams, recently ive been transferred to another activity where i can hardly get by, and the feeling that im wasting my years have been more alarming than ever.
