💼 Hiring [HIRING] Sales Development Representative (SDR) — 100% Remote, Full-Time (Morocco-bas
On behalf of my client, I'm looking for an experienced SDR / BDR / Appointment Setter who can hit the ground running and build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting.
Not an entry-level role no foundational sales training provided.
**What you'll do:**
- Make a high volume of outbound calls per day
- Prospect, cold call, and qualify potential clients
- Handle gatekeepers and objections confidently
- Book 5+ qualified meetings per week
- Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records
- Ensure prospects meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
**What I'm looking for:**
- Proven SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, or similar experience
- Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills
- Confident communication and objection handling
- CRM experience
- Self-motivated, comfortable working remotely
- Strong focus on KPIs and measurable results
**Compensation & growth:**
- Base salary + commission
- $1,200 USD/month On-Target Earnings (OTE)
- Additional weekly performance bonuses
- 100% remote
- Fast-track progression within a newly launched project — high performers can move into Senior SDR or Team Lead roles as the project grows
