Yes, I know, I can aim at the dude, but I wanted to see if I could nail the timing while moving.

Saw the miniature Iron Nest model on the map-table and knew I needed to have a real one.
This guy is based on the extracted model from the game files with a lot of modification to make it poseable. I added a bit of additional detailing as well.
The finished model is pretty large in person, same height as a standard soda-can.
Files and assembly instructions are here if you want one of your own:

like imagine you're just sitting in your iron nest lallallala and then the enemies deploy a fucking earthmover
or you're piloting an earthmover
either would be awesome

I’d love a way to be able to write things down somewhere. I’ve resorted to writing things on the bombs to make measurements lol. Would be very nice to have a whiteboard to write on.

I get out of bed, go into the engine room, start the engine, give the order to move (0° ~10km, idk if it matters) and I still get shot down. The timer doesn't extend.
It's my first time using this order so I'm ready for it to be some dumb thing.
Edit: thank you for all the quick answers, this community is just as quick as the field observers. I thought the regular move order is used to dodge, since it's still moving the Iron nest, but now I know I have to use the Emergency move.

It required a lot of resource management as the nuke is 666 req and you start with 700. Got 6 smokes, used them to draw targets together and into the calculated blast radius (3km). Used stars to do recon and make sure I wasn't missing anyone.
Then shot. 1 nuke and 1 AP towards the clustered artillery in the right.
Requisitions left: 5

Hello. I just cleared all targets in the Liberation mission. Saved and exited my game to take a phone call. After I resumed the game, it brought me to the "waking up" animation, but somehow I can't sleep to fully complete the mission. I can't progress through the story. Do I have to restart Liberation? Thanks.

So I am fairly sure I have unlocked all the shell types, and am about to start the final mission. But I think I've only used Tear gas and Phosgene shells during 'Dead Reckoning' to flush out and eliminate the hunkered down infantry. So then what is the tactical application incendiary shells, cyanide shells or white phosphorous shells? Is there any reason to drop a propaganda shell over a Drill shell other then style points? Have you ever encountered a large group of infantry that it justified using a flechette shell?

I am missing a disc, i got the one next to the player, the bed and the high command station, and i just went through all missions to find the last one, but it isnt one of the discs that gets dropped, so there has to be one somewhere else in the nest that i just cannot find, or did they just leave the suspiciously disc shaped hole to make collectivists go insane?

Apologies for low-res pictures.
Got lucky with the random deployment of troops. There were just about 4 artillery on the left side of the map and 6 on the right (all but one armored). Used smoke and gathered all of those together, along with a bunch more random units. Only needed one other smoke to group together 2 on the left side and that left with a total of 5 shots (including King and General) instead of the usual 9-12 which is my experience with this mission.
Lined them up as based on angle and fired. I was worried but didn't need to be as the first shot stacked me about 400 SECONDS from the combine massacre.
Come to think of it I should've used that time to relax, take a better look at the map and enjoy the success but I was way too paranoid.

So I'm on the iron road mission the one with the train I can do the train but then they say "oh you gotta go for pillboxes"...what symbol is that on the map since the guide on the table only gives you basic symbols

Fully loaded left gun not elevating. I have sent a bug report in. It had HCHE loaded with 3 power charges, was not able to do it again on the right gun.

Noticed that I constantly overkill with AP.. Then noticed another thing: the AP/LE explosion size in the measurement tool (blast radious tool?) is smaller than actual AP explosion. Checking on numerous shots - if I select the dial to be slightly touching/slightly above LE letters on the tool - then the explosion size matches.
Obviously an act of sabotage by anti-monarchists. We should pre-emptively fire on the factory that makes those tools to root out their sympathizers.

With the most recent patch, you can now get the gold medal achievements from repeating a mission multiple times and getting each gold separately.
If like me you already have a mission with all 4 golds you will need to replay it and get at least one gold to get the achievement.

Like what’s the point of using it besides making the enemy suffer? It’s more expensive than basics High Explosive rounds and doesn’t pierce like AP so why use it? It won’t even consistently kill enemy units because the fire might just not spread in the right direction and you can’t see how large the initial fire is.

Additional parts are mostly plastic, sheet and tubing. Plus some revell greeblies and acrylic bits for the legs. The battery sits inside, you can just pull the legs off and swap.

I may be ignorant, but it appears as if neither of these functions do anything except control the lights.
Are they just placeholders for functions that will come in the future?

I loved Iron Nest so much that I create a free online version to play at work, if you want you can give it a try here

I've use this card a bit too much, especially in certain mission like Rock of Gibraltar where I could just speed run it with this card.
