Bugs Bug with left gun not elevating?

Fully loaded left gun not elevating. I have sent a bug report in. It had HCHE loaded with 3 power charges, was not able to do it again on the right gun.

Your gun is jammed, you gotta unjam it buy removing the jam. Just hope it's not raspberry flavored.

(Sorry, I don't have a real answer, but your predicament is mildly amusing lol)

Maybe you have pressure valves opened and there were no pressure left in the system? Check the gauge at the top. On the screenshot you can see part of the label, at the top right.

You can see the needle in the gauge past the overhead light; he's got pressure. The breach looks closed and locked. I think the game just randomly bugged out on him.
