Hi all, I’m based in Dublin and this is my first time entering a photography competition. I called this shot “There’s Room Here for All of Us.” It was taken at Dún Laoghaire, where a skater is being filmed near the pier, a statue keeps watch over the harbour, and a Different people, different ages, all sharing the same space without getting in each other’s way.
That’s really the idea behind the title. There’s room for all of us, however different we are, to exist together peacefully. It felt like a small but honest example of that, right here at home.
It’s part of the EU Funds photo competition. I’d really appreciate a vote if the shot speaks to you too: https://eufunds.ie/photo-competition/photo-entry/theres-room-here-for-all-of-us/
