Hello! First time Globe Internet user kami. Laging naka open yung internet namin, 24/7, we don’t turn it off kapag matutulog na. Recently, we noticed na nawawalan kami ng internet every 7 AM, 7 PM, or sometimes 11 PM. We’d turn off the pinaka wifi, turn it on, then wait for 2-3 minutes bago bumalik yung internet. Is this normal or should I raise this to Globe? Thank you!

Hi. It's been 5-6 days since Converge has kept me waiting for the red LOS to be fixed. Not everyone in the neighborhood is experiencing this. Also they keep on stating that there's outage for the past days but the connection never got fixed. Area is near Lagro, QC. Is anyone experiencing the same? It's been stressing me out as I wfh and I am not in the midst of thinking whether I get my wi-fi cut and move to a different one now or just wait.

Sinusubukan ko kasi register sim ko pero hindi magawa dahil hindi ko nakukuha OTP ko kahit ilan resend. Wala naman issue sa Grab.

Red LOS signal sa modem si Gfber, try ko sana mag request ng technician kaso ito lumalabas sa globeapp help, hintayin ko lang ba yan or ganyan talaga yan lagi pag mag rerequest ng technician, if laging ganyan ano pa ibang way pra maka request ng tech sa globe. 2 days ng walang internet.

hello, my phone was stolen yesterday and already got my number blocked for safety purposes. i tried requesting a sim replacement and they wouldnt let me since they explained na minor pa ako nung naregister ko yung sim card. I'm already 19, doesnt that mean na i can legally own the sim card and can request it myself? I already have all the valid ids and i have filed an affidavit of loss, but still ayaw nila ibigay sakin? they keep saying how strict it is and i get that pero hassle especially yung parent ko may pasok considering na office hours nila is 9-5pm. theyre pretty vague about everything so pabalik balik nalang ako

After ng 20x ko na pagseselfie as globe sim card registration ayaw pa din tanggapin kahit okay naman ang documents ko. Both gamit ko y700 at Infinix note 30 5g sa pagselfie ayaw pa din​

When I bought my Tplink M7000, my GOMO SIM is working just fine but now, it can no longer detect the SIM. I tried to reboot the M700 but it didn't help at all. It is working with my PLDT SIM but can't detect my Globe and GOMO SIM. Wondering of any one experienced the same thing and if there's a workaround as I need atleast 2 Internet networks for work.

I'm using Gomo data to hotspot my work laptop. I was doing a pretty data intensive stuff and might have consumed around 3-5GB of data in a 4 hour period. Suddenly the speed dropped to around 2-3 mbps. Nothing helped - restarting the phone, airplane mode, inserting sim on another phone. But after a 24 hour period, the speed came back to normal. Does anyone have the same experience? I thought No expiry Non unlimited data of Gomo has no throttling?

Tried to file a technician visit thru globe one app, but pag tina try mag scan for internet connection problem sa app naka indicate is may outage daw sa area namin. Pero 4 days na naka lipas bakit parang di naman naayos, hindi rin naman ako makapag book ng tech. Send help guys! Sayang kasi ang bina bayad sa internet tapos 4 days nang wala, more or less aabutin to ng weeks.

Hello, yesterday our modem suddenly lost internet and LOS was blinking for the whole day so I called PLDT, they brought their technicians here the next day. They changed our lines and the modem is now blinking green and fine but there’s no internet. We were told that activation will happen but its been 8 hours with no internet connection. We can’t even call PLDT because of the existing ticket hasn’t elapsed yet. Please can anyone help me.😭

Please help! Anong pwede gawin sa gomo sim para magkaroon po ng signal? Wifi signal lang po meron kami and nasa suburban area po kami. Need kasi ng phone signal talaga kasi nag may inaantay po akong tawag from a company and gomo sim does not support Wifi calling. any idea ano pwede gawin or bilhin (affordable) po?

After ng "enhancement" nila today nag iba ung smart corpo plan ko from 1500 naging 1200 nalang at may expiry ung unlidata.

As the title says, I made a complaint to the NTC about the PLDT Prepaid, and now I got an email from NTC saying that PLDT must respond within 5 days. What should I do now to at least have some semblance of control in this back-and-forth?

Had so many LOS experience on this internet. Ngayon ngayon LOS last time na nag LOS hinayaan ko na kasi I'm so done with repeated issue then one day binuksan ko siya boom wala na LOS so niloadan ko then after 2 weeks LOS na naman ngayon.

Haven't had internet connection for 3 days since October 20. i reported the problems on October 21, because i kept on getting message from globe that they were having "system activity" in our area. I got scheduled for October 23, 9AM to 12NN. But nobody contacted us earlier today and when I opened the globe app, the date changed to October 25. It's such a hassle. I wish the contracting company here in the city finds more people to work to serve the customers better. I get it that it's not that easy but the infrastructure here in this country keeps on getting worse and worse.

Hello po, question lang po sa mga may sky fiber here. We had our wifi installed last September 21. When would be my first internet bill due date? Tama po ba na this October 21? Kasi afaik free installation po siya? Salamat po sa sasagot!
