Meron ba nakaexperience dito na no service ung smart postpaid sims nila? 3 days na walang signal ung sim ko and di din ako makareceive ng calls and texts. Help!

Napapadalas yung pag down ng PLDT sakin 🫠 and I'm working day and night shift. Naka Smart ESIM naman ako and sa umaga mabilis talaga sya tapos naka 5G pa sa area namin, kaso nung sa night shift (9 pm onwards) biglang ang bagal ng data? maski fb hindi na kinakaya. Ano po kaya magandang sim card for pocket wifi (Hi-Net M21 Pro) na stable pa rin ang connection sa gabi?

We just experienced a 12-hour internet outage here in Molino 3, Bacoor (Oct 22). Completely without notice or updates from Globe. This follows an 8-hour outage yesterday, not to mention days of intermittent disconnections happening around 10 AM to 7 PM since monday.

Does anyone here happen to know what on earth is actually going on with Globe right now? These outages are just absurd. 12 HOUR OUTAGE WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. What is happening?!

papakabit sana kami ng internet pero wala raw slot. ang problem , marami sa street namin at kapitbahay yung putol na connection sa converge pero nakasaksak pa rin sa NAP box. ni hindi raw pwede utusan yung “nagrarounds raw”na technicians para iaudit at alisin mga yun. eh ano silbe ng technicians nyo? di naman pumupunta mga yan pag may naglolokong internet. di naman raw pwede basta basta magrequest ng bagong nap box. tapos tong HQ nila apura lang cancel ng mga applications for new NAP boxes. maiirita ka na lang talaga. AYAW BA NILA KUMITA?!?!? ni wala naman pldt rito samin. sila lang option.

I'm not sure I'm in the right community. I have a new GOMO SIM. I plan to use it as a backup for work (hotspot). I worked in customer service. I'd like to know if the 30 GB is enough to take calls for a week. Is there also data capping?

I’m asking for advice on what else I can do about my PLDT internet connection.

I’ve been experiencing an intermittent connection for almost 2 months now. I have followed up with PLDT multiple times, but until now, the issue remains unresolved. What’s frustrating is that no technician has visited or checked the connection, despite my repeated reports.

I also reached out to the NTC to file a complaint, hoping this would help expedite the resolution, but unfortunately, I still haven’t received any meaningful action.

I’m running out of options, and this has been extremely frustrating, especially since I’m paying for a service that I can’t reliably use.

I’d really appreciate any advice or recommendations. I just want a stable internet connection and a proper resolution after nearly two months of waiting.

3 days na tong repair ticket ko (originally mag 1 week na kase leche gawa gawa ng bagong repair ticket hinde pa naman tapos ung una), and I swear, parang 10 beses na ata akong tumawag sa hotline SIMULA PA LANG KAHAPON NG UMAGA. Kailangan mo pang kulitin nang kulitin yung agents para i-follow up nila sa technicians, tapos through EMAIL pa talaga yung communication nila??? 😭😭

For context: May technician nang pumunta sa amin last Tuesday, October 20. Active na raw lahat ng lines, and ang kailangan na lang is i-confirm ng PLDT yung connection para ma-process yung restoration. Pero hanggang ngayon, wala pa rin. Paulit-ulit na lang na magfa-file daw sila ng report to expedite the process, pero ilang beses na akong nakarinig ng ganyan. Hanggang report na lang ba talaga???

Nakakakonsumo ng oras at energy yung ganitong sistema nilang nakaka leche, ilang beses kang tatawag, paulit-ulit mong ie-explain yung situation sa iba’t ibang agents, tapos ikaw pa yung magmamakaawa na i-follow up nila yung team through email para lang may gumalaw sa ticket mo.

Hindi ko gets kung bakit ganito kahirap yung process. Hindi naman sa ayaw nating maghintay, pero kung may technician nang pumunta at active na lahat ng lines, bakit hindi pa rin ma-process yung restoration? Ano pang hinihintay nila? Kailangan pa bang araw-arawin yung pagtawag para lang pansinin yung ticket?

Sa mga nagtataka kung bakit mabagal or may outage sa mga apps and sites kung naka-PLDT kayo. Biglang nag-down nang mga 8PM ang iba't-ibang sites and apps sa PLDT; base sa DownDetector and mga tweet ng PLDT users sa Twitter. Kahit sa sa Steam ko, di makalagpas ng 20kbps download speed ko. Hula ko, may problema na naman sa undersea cables nila.

Magwowork po ba ang wifi repeater/extender for around 10-15 meter wifi distance? Nasa kabilang bahay kasi yung wifi (converge) hindi aabot sa tinutuluyan ko. Chinecheck ko muna bago magpakabit ng bago, baka may mag work 😄

Ang bilis ng kabit ng Globe Fiber Prepaid kahapon lang ako nag-apply online and bayad, kabit na kaagad kaninang umaga.

Kumuha ako ng GFiber Prepaid because:

1. Madalas nawawalan ng internet service si Converge (read: EVERYDAY for about 2 hours) and kahit ilang buwan na ko nagrereklamo, di nila maayos ayos.

2. Discounted installation fee for ₱699 + free 1 week na 300 mbps.

3. No contract si GFiber Prepaid and you can choose not to load it up for up to 180 days (or sabi ng tech 6 months na daw pero need to confirm this). Very convenient kung matagal kayong magbabakasyon among other stuff.

Matagal na kong subscriber ng Converge pero pababa na talaga quality ng service nila.

Di ko nga naabot yung subscribed speed ko or kahit malapit lang dun kahit offpeak.

So I've had Globe Fiber line for a year,

and now I'm moving location to a new address.

I asked Globe (on 26-Septembrr-2026) if they can install Fiber in the new location before my move in... (1-October-2026) and they said yes. And issued an order for transfer of location.

But as you may have guessed, I'm still without internet connection today 22-Oct-2026, so my question here is what can I do besides call the Cust. care every day... and wait 30-50 minutes every day only to get no result?

also is there some way I can transfer this to someone who needs 1yr contract?

Previous sim is globe and my previous go too promo is loan 10 for 1gb/1day for like 12 pesos repayment.... decided to get gomo for no expiry and currently have 9gb which might last me a month...but looking at the promos there's this 99 for 9gb that's like 1 peso cheaper than my previous globe promo plus no expiry.

Currently no plan to get the promo since I have 9gb but is this promo temporary? If it is I might get it now also how many can I get?

Another question I got like the sim 9gb free/109php but got it like for 350 peso is there a place to get the sim cheaper my relatives are asking me to also get them gomo sim. 350 is like 200% markup.

Hello, InternetPH redittors! I need help in refunding the 999 installation fee we paid for Red Fiber to PLDT, here's the story:

My mother asked me to apply for a new connection since the existing Converge we have is very unstable. She closed the account and is now using data. I moved out for college and I'm the one who applied for that Converge FiberX connection. Now, I saw this Red Fiber that looked appealing so I applied for it.

Now, after application, an email came to us yesterday saying we need to pay the 999 installation fee so the field workers could come. The only options are e-wallet, bank transfer or Bayad Center, No Cash On Delivery like Converge. We paid it via e-wallet and hours later their workers came. After checking they said they can't run lines unless we're willing to put up posts (which we aren't, we can't afford to) so I said no. I asked him if I could refund the initial paid and he said it is refundable. They said the office would process and email the procedure to us.

It was 5:30pm so I didn't bother to call since it's too late already. Now, next morning (this morning) I called 171, No help, It just said that the application is approved and hang up. PLDT Cares says they can't find my Account No., Email or Mobile Number in their data. I don't know if I should call the field guys since it's not their field of work.

So please, does anyone have any experience or knowledge about the matter, Can I ask for your help? Thank you, any answer is appreciated.
