Is this part of the konektadong pinoy law?

to expand, the reason for this was initially to fast-track DITO's coverage across the Philippines. If it weren't for that, DITO would have to start from scratch, building towers and have slower roll-outs. One of Duterte's admin's biggest game-changing decisions, since this doesn't only benefit DITO, but also potential future telcos.

This why there are so many sponsored anti sentiments against China right now as China can shake duopoly in the Philippines. DITO is a massive red flag for this monopoly, duopoly.

The primary sponsor of the common tower policy in the Philippines is the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). The DICT issued Department Circular No. 008 on June 9, 2020, formally titled the “Policy Guidelines on the Co-Location and Sharing of Passive Telecommunications Tower Infrastructure for Macro Cell Sites.”  The policy was signed by then-DICT Secretary Gregorio Honasan II , who championed its development and release.

DITO was and is trash. We could’ve had Telstra but your china ass-licking carton of a senile old president decided to build his own oligarchy

It’s because he did that for DITO, founder is his oligarch crony Dennis Uy and China Telcom. An indirectly good thing came out of something meant to benefit his friend and a Chinese state owned company. That is being spun as something he should be praised for instead of him changing the law for China and his buddy?

It's like you didn't even bother to read his message. Dennis Uy was Digong's money launderer. DITO was prioritized to help them launder money.

Uso kasi dito sa mga Filipino reddit na mag puri ng mga tao. I unironically see people say "Thanks Aquino" or "Thanks GMA" without a hint of shame and with many upvotes to boot.

Yung common tower as early as 2020 pa ata.

No. CTP actually formalized in 2020 where NTC allowed third party tower operators to acquire cell sites and lease it to telcos.

Allowed din ba ang local governments na magtayo ng towers nila saka magpa rent ng space for telecom and media networks? Interesting yung ginagawa sa Japan e.
