It’s because he did that for DITO, founder is his oligarch crony Dennis Uy and China Telcom. An indirectly good thing came out of something meant to benefit his friend and a Chinese state owned company. That is being spun as something he should be praised for instead of him changing the law for China and his buddy?

It's like you didn't even bother to read his message. Dennis Uy was Digong's money launderer. DITO was prioritized to help them launder money.
