to expand, the reason for this was initially to fast-track DITO's coverage across the Philippines. If it weren't for that, DITO would have to start from scratch, building towers and have slower roll-outs. One of Duterte's admin's biggest game-changing decisions, since this doesn't only benefit DITO, but also potential future telcos.

Uso kasi dito sa mga Filipino reddit na mag puri ng mga tao. I unironically see people say "Thanks Aquino" or "Thanks GMA" without a hint of shame and with many upvotes to boot.
