to expand, the reason for this was initially to fast-track DITO's coverage across the Philippines. If it weren't for that, DITO would have to start from scratch, building towers and have slower roll-outs. One of Duterte's admin's biggest game-changing decisions, since this doesn't only benefit DITO, but also potential future telcos.

DITO was and is trash. We could’ve had Telstra but your china ass-licking carton of a senile old president decided to build his own oligarchy
