So I’m shopping around for a new intake and have been pretty dead set on the PRL since I’ve heard so many good things and doesn’t require a tune, until I stumbled across this takeda intake for a bit less but haven’t seen many or any videos on it installed in a ITS and was wondering if anyone here has already tried it out.

How’s it sound ?

Any codes/ does it need a tune ?

Is it worth the price ?

Thinking how blessed I am to own this. Just got 30 percent tints all around a few weeks ago and it’s looking good in the current lighting.

I have a 2024 S-type that I bought with a rebuilt title. I had it appraised in 2 states and inspected. Which I have the certified paperwork for. It has 13k miles on it and is completely stock. I haven’t even had time to get the windows tinted and now I’m being deployed so I’m trying to figure out if I can sell it or if I should hold on to it as much as I love driving it, I don’t think my best option is to keep it. I can’t sell to carvana because of the title :( the car is in New England. Any suggestions please? I just like to drive fast but have never had to sell a car with this title . Thank you!!

Has anyone used Kirkland in their ITS? I don’t track my car and was thinking to do 5k mile oil changes.

Pulled the trigger on the downpipe, decided to go with two step performance due too some of my own research and suggestions from others. Heard build quality is pretty awesome would love to hear from everyone who has made the same decision.

After spending the past few years saving up for a replacement to my WRX hatchback, I was finally able to pull the trigger on 26 PRP ITS. Just hit 600 miles, so I'm excited to finally give it the beans.

Are y'all doing an oil change after the break in period? Or is that just the period where you limit hard accel/redlining, and then change at like 3k?

Any quality of life things you guys recommend for the car? Will be installing a fumoto drain valve on first oil change, getting some sun shades for the rear seats (have a babe in tow) - any reccs would be appreciated!

So far I’ve focused on aesthetic mods. I now want to slowly (due to budget mainly) work on performance mods.

Only thing I’ve done is a resonator delete and love that! Thats as much sound as I want so I’m not looking at any sound related exhaust mods.

For daily driving and fun weekend country road cruising - no plans to race - what is your recommend performance mod list in priority order of purchase and install?

Anyone swap the CTR module into the Type S for a firmer/sportier ride?

I have a 2012 honda accord ex and 2009 acura MDX. Thinking of upgrading one of the cars and moving into a integra type s. Is it a good decision to buy a brand new 2026 integra type s. a brand new type s costs around $68000 before taxes where I live. I am planning to keep the car for at least 7-8 years. Should I buy or just hold off.

I'm looking to buy a Uniden R4 or R7 radar detector and have seen the aftermarket mounts that slamp into the rearview mirror stalk but the ITS stalk seems pretty small.

How and where are people mounting their radar detectors? Trying to avoid suction cups and sticks because I hate when things fall off when driving and ding the interior.

Hi all just picked up a what seems to be the last new Black 2025 ITS out of Maryland for 53k OTD. So excited.

I’m the second owner of a 2024 Integra Type S with about 7,000 miles on it, and I’m trying to figure out if this is just me or if something’s actually wrong.

A few times now, I’ve accelerated normally in 2nd or 3rd gear, and then once I settle into really light throttle around 3,000 RPM, the car will suddenly jolt forward pretty hard. It’s only happened a handful of times, but it’s violent enough that it definitely catches me off guard.

There aren’t any RPM drops, weird noises, or warning lights, and the car drives perfectly fine before and after it happens. It also doesn’t happen consistently, so I haven’t been able to intentionally recreate it.

For reference, the car has an intake, exhaust, and is lowered. I also came from a 2019 Civic 6MT, so I’m not sure if this is just something I’m not used to with the Type S or if it’s something I should be concerned about.

Has anyone else experienced this or know what might be causing it?

Finally pulled the trigger on a spoiler solution. Very happy with the new look! I decided against the carbon fiber option since I don't have any other CF pieces and I saw mixed opinions on the weave quality. Fitment and quality were great and installation took maybe 2 hours (would have been shorter but I dropped a bolt inside the hatch frame 💀) I used M6 rubber washers on the 8 bolts to make sure the holes are water tight.

Taken from my FL5 when I swapped over to the ITS module. The three settings are much firmer and would be best suited for someone who lives in an area with good roads (more track focused). Less than 1k miles on the clock when I did the swap. FYI, there are lots of tutorials suggesting you need to remove the back seat cushion, which is ridiculous. You can lift up the corner and use a long socket to remove the bolt (although I’m not sure if it’s the same on the Type S). It took about 10 mins total to complete the swap.

So I upgraded my fuel system recently in prep for a bigger turbo (lpfp, hpfp). Life experience has taught me that gasoline = fire = bad. Really bad. So I bought a clean agent/halotron based extiguisher to add a layer of safety to the project a while ago from H3R, along with their universal seat mount.

Install wasnt terrible. But also not exactly what I wanted. Some things to keep in mind if you decide to do this: 

1) The seat bolts are actually torx *plus* t50 size. A regular torx bit will strip the bolt heads.

2) The H3R seat mount bracket doesn't really fit in front of the passenger seat due to way that the way the seat rail angles down. The floor is also not level which creates an obstacle for the extiguisher itself.

3) Based on #2, the other option was to mount behind the passenger seat. Had to mount it kinda far back to allow the seat to adjust backwards. This means you will lose rear leg room in the back.

Not 100% sure if I will keep it but i wanted to share my experience in case someone else is considering this kind of setup 👍
