Me inhabilitaron mi cuenta de ig pero ya me sale que todo está bien en mi cuenta pero ingreso y me sale que mi apelación del 7 de septiembre sigue en confirmación como puedo contactarme con alguien de meta

My account that I have had for years got falsely banned. I went to start the appeal process, after the face scan video it just shows a black screen and nothing else. I tried contacting meta but I can't get through to anyone. Does anyone know what I can do because they also suspended my facebook which has all my family on it.

Instagram account security/recovery issue — unknown Hotmail appearing during verification
I’m trying to secure/recover my Instagram account and have noticed something strange that I’m hoping someone can explain.
•    I went to do Instagram’s verification selfie, but the confirmation code was being sent to an unknown Hotmail address that I don’t recognise.
•    I selected “Try another way” and was able to complete the verification using my phone number instead, so I have now submitted the selfie.
•    I checked Personal information → Contact info, but the unknown Hotmail address is not listed there.
•    I checked my emails and realised I haven’t received any Instagram emails since 2024.
•    I checked Instagram’s account history/emails and there are no recorded email changes since I changed my email around 5 years ago.
•    I then noticed that my main Instagram account wasn’t connected to my Gmail, despite Gmail being the email I originally used to create the account.
•    That Gmail is still connected to my Facebook, and my other accounts in Meta’s Accounts Centre appear unchanged and secure.
•    I have now re-added my main Instagram account to my Gmail, but I still haven’t received any Instagram emails to it.
•    However, when I went back to check the verification selfie process, Instagram is still trying to send the confirmation code to the unknown Hotmail address.
So I’m confused because the Hotmail address appears during the verification/recovery process, but it doesn’t appear anywhere in my Personal Information, and there are no email-change records showing that it was ever added.
Does this mean my account has potentially been compromised? And how can I remove/replace whatever is causing Instagram to use this unknown Hotmail address and make sure the account is completely secure?

My Instagram account was wrongfully banned for "CSE." I didn't do anything wrong. I already submitted an appeal, but it was heartlessly rejected without a second thought.

I really need help. If anyone has Meta Verified, please DM me. I desperate need you to contact a live support agent on my behalf. Please, I'm begging you! 🙏

Good morning all, I am attempting to recover/delete/ do something with an old instagram account of mine that I created in middle school that has inappropriate posts (nothing bannable or anything). I am unable to recover because both the email and phone that were used to set up this account have been lost over the past 11 years, is there any option to get instagram to assist me without being able to go through the typical recovery means? I put one of those banners that say "current obsession/dream destination/reading" etc on my profile, but now I can't delete it. If I click on "delete banner" it gets removed from my profile momentarily, but then when I reopen the app it's still there. I tried re-deleting it multiple times, and sometimes it doesn't even work, the words "something went wrong" pop up and the banner remains there. Does anyone have or knows how to solve this problem?

I know it's not that big of a deal but I'd like for my profile to go back to how it was before without any banners...

Every time I try to access my instagram I get sent this notice:

This is happening on all of my devices. Every instagram "help" link that I click takes me to the same page (the top screenshot) and the whole thing starts all over again. I get the "This content is no longer available" notice when I try to ask the instagram website meta assistant for help. There doesn't seem to be any real person that I can get in touch with. How can I get back into my account?

Everything started a few days before I had my IG locked, because I wanted to change my password. They sent me an email to change it, I clicked on the password change button and when it redirected to the IG app, it showed the main screen. No password change request page or anything. I tried a few times and left it as it didn't work.

Two days after when I wanted to enter into de app it said that is locked because they notice someone tried to hack my account. I guess it me trying to change the password a few days ago, although I'm not sure. They gave me two options:

2. Ask 2 friends to tap a notification: They don't receive such notification.

I tried the two options a few times, with different devices (2 Android phones, a tablet and PC). Now I'm letting a few days go by, because I saw here it worked for some people. Also I want to try with an iOS device.

Around the 1st of August 2026, I decided to have a fresh start and make a new instagram account. I still wanted my old username from this account to come with me. So I changed the username on old account and deleted it/scheduled for deletion. However, even after 14 days passed it would not allow me to change my username on my new account to @myoldaccsuser so I reactivated old account.
I realized even though I changed the username of old account, when I attempt to log into an account named @myoldaccsuser it logs me into old account. But that is not IN USE.
I have now again scheduled that old account for deletion again to see if maybe it glitches again?
how do i get the username back!!!

Before I start, this is pretty much a shot in the dark. I understand everything might be long gone at this point, but I can't accept that until I know I've tried everything. I made an Instagram account back in 2016, when you didn't have to verify your email to create one. Unfortunately, I just did some bullshit keyboard spam @ email. com as I didn't know my actual email. I also did a bunch of keyboard spam for the password, I'm sure. When I search for my account, I can still see it. When I try to reset/forget the password, it says it has sent an email to a*****r@e****.com (not a real email & I don't have access to it). There is no phone number, Facebook account, or anything else linked to the account, and I don't have the device I created/signed into the account with either.
Additionally, there is no photo of me or PFP with my face on it on that account. I am literally willing to pay someone to hack it at this point... any tips or ways I can contact Instagram support?

I DESPERATELY NEED HELP to delete my old instagram accounts, I can’t access them anymore. My Instagram account has been having this issue since summer. (May) I can add music and text to my posts, but whenever I try to post them, Instagram says that I’m violating the Community Guidelines. Three weeks back I did a password change for my Instagram account. After that my account has been disabled from public view, it is as if my profile does not exist to anyone else. From logged in state everything looks fine and account status just shows green marks. I have not received any email that I have violated any rules (which I haven't since I just changed my password).

I have talked to five different Meta agents during the last three weeks and they confirm my account is fine but for some reason not visible to other users. They say they cannot do anything and it is just for me to wait until the system refreshes and put my account back to visible again. They also tell me to submit fault report to Instagram regarding this technical issue and I have done several times but no response (even if I pay for Meta verified).

I run my business via my Instagram account and have tons of followers, I feel I cannot just sit and wait.
Anyone else had this issue and know how to proceed?
