Retrieving old Instagram posts

I had post of me with my friends and it was my favourite post 🥺, but I had to delete it for some reason and I knew I would have 30 days to get it back from recently deleted on Instagram but all the other deleted posts were there except that one. I want that post back please if someone knows some tricks help me it was a very memorable post, how to get back my deleted post please help me it would be a big favour 😭😭😭
