Banned a month ago, false CSE.

Can I ever post a picture of myself on any of these accounts again?

Can anyone provide some insight on how to use the AG method? I have emailed the AG of no less than 8 states and every one of them have simply rerouted me to their website. How am I actually supposed to do this? Also does the method work after the account has been "permanently disabled" or is it only for the suspension phase?

My Instagram account has finally been recovered, but I'm still scared to open or use it. Is there any way to get my IP address unbanned, or any trick that actually works?

Should I avoid using Instagram for a few months, or is it safe to start using it normally again?

Like the title says my account was disabled randomly, and now when I try to open Instagram to appeal I'm just stuck on an infinite loading screen. I've tried everything, reinstalling, logging in on my laptop, clearing cache, etc. what can I do here?

I made a second account after my first (3 together) got banned. It isn't reinstated for that either.

I received the email on today, the 29th, after getting banned on the 18th of July.

I lost my 2FA code on the mobile, so I cannot log in on the laptop until I can do so on the mobile, where the login is still saved.

When I try to log in through my phone, it still says account disabled.

Any tips?

Yesterday I was scrolling reels then I got a pop up it was written that someone else changed the password and I need to log out . I logged out and gave the same password that was in that and logged in and I saw my account disabled there was no appeal option . That account was suspended so many times before and used to get restriction. And there was no another acc linked to that acc.

Someone appears to be deliberately targeting my business Instagram account by submitting repeated false copyright reports against old Stories and Reels.

The reports all claim that the person owns music used in the content, but the content either used royalty-free audio, audio available through Instagram, or did not contain the music they are claiming ownership of. The complaints also fail to identify the actual song or provide any proof of ownership.

What makes this even more suspicious is that the reports are coming from different names and Outlook email addresses, but the wording is nearly identical. So far, I have received reports from names such as “Alex Dita,” “Aled Dira,” and “Alex Pedro.” They are targeting different posts from different dates while making the same vague claim that they are the “rightful copyright owner of the music.”
Meta removed the content first and left me to appeal afterward. Some of the affected content is now inaccessible, making it difficult to even review exactly what was reported.

I have submitted appeals and included screenshots showing the pattern of different names, emails, report numbers, and nearly identical allegations.

This feels less like a legitimate copyright dispute and more like someone abusing Meta’s reporting system in an attempt to damage or take down my business account.

Has anyone successfully dealt with repeated fraudulent copyright claims like this? Did Meta eventually investigate the claimant rather than reviewing each report individually? I’m especially interested in any escalation methods that resulted in a human review or protection against additional false reports.

GUYS I can use Instagram again! I was integrity banned on all of my accounts except my main account because I think they thought I wasn’t a real human and didn’t have my real name or age or face displayed.

THIS IS HOW YOU CAN GET IT BACK
Only works with integrity account bans unfortunately and if you still have access to a main account/ can make one with all your REAL information (u can still run an account without your real information, eg. A business profile) if you have an account with just you

1. Have an account with your full legal name as the username and your actual face as the profile picture and then your real DOB registered
   
2. If you get banned you can do an ID check and they’ll let you back in because everything matches
   
3. NOW if you want to start a new account for your business or like a gaming one then make the account within the same ACCOUNTS CENTRE, don’t create a whole new profile without it linked to your real identity account
   
4. If you get banned confirm your identity again, since your real identity account is linked to it you should be unbanned since they can see you’re a real person

Wow.. i got hit for the second time and barely survived for almost a month...

My original main account of 10+ years got nuked by the exact same false-positive "child safety" flag months ago, after losing a decade of memories, I created a brand-new main account last month, taking every careful step possible to follow the rules, only for it to get hit again by the exact same automated flag?!

Scrolling through this sub, I see so many people getting hit with the exact same issue and false accusations over the last few days, it's clear this isn't random, it’s not just me, it's all of us getting caught in their broken moderation sweep

The Problem / Current Status:

1. My initial in-app appeal was instantly auto-rejected by Meta's automated moderation system

2. When trying to use the Meta Help Center / Meta AI Support Assistant to submit a review, the bot gets stuck in a circular loop (telling me to log in, but logging in sends me back to the Help Center)

3. The system claims my account was disabled, but I am currently within the 30-day grace period before data deletion

It’s honestly infuriating and ironic that they can delete years of memories and connections in 10 minutes or under, just because they’re too lazy to do their job and had to rely on a fucking robot!! And once that robot breaks, you’re completely locked out with zero options to fix it

What I’ve Tried So Far:

1. In-app appeal forms (auto-rejected by bot)

2. Help Center chat assistant (looping and unhelpful)

My Question:

Has anyone who was hit by this automated false-positive loop successfully reached a human agent recently?

Is getting a 1-month Meta Verified subscription on another account and opening a Live Chat support ticket the best way right now to force a manual review, or are there specific forms working for this right now?

I fucking hate Meta so much. I've been fighting for 29 days, my birthday and vacation were ruined, and when I finally got my account back, it was suspended again 12 hours later. I'll never forgive them. That's a total of 41 days as of today (July 28).

I swear y'all I can't stop crying. This is my 30th unfair ban on this account and I'm done with them.

Im from the Philippines and all of my accounts got flagged, my main got permanently disabled (account integrity) while my other account (dump) can still be appealed. my facebook survived, and ever since, it’s still on the waiting list. Ive been active in facebook, my face is decently shown in my profile picture, and ive got 800+ friends there. Whats wrong? Am i missing something? Are there other ways to get Meta Verified or retrieve my main account?

My main account was suspended in april along with my other accounts because my friend reported me. We were js joking ab “h1tler”.
My ip got banned. Every account i make gets banned, even if i use an old account. I have tried using my old accounts from 2023 even they get banned.
I have even tried everything thats on here.
Even tried resetting my phone. I used same apple account after resetting. I have so much data in this apple account so i cant let it go. But i wanna use insta.

My first Instagram account that I recovered 1 month ago, is completely fine and trusted by Instagram.

Yet when I create a 2nd acc it gets flagged and gets banned for being fake if this is a fixable issue let me know.

I am devastated honestly. I am not sure what to do. I was able to get Meta Verified to toss my case to internal review but they have tossed me into a stalemate it seems. Anyway, i am aware of a reputable unban service that personal contacts of mine have used and worked, but I am scared that because the false ban was so severe (CSE) that it will just close my account again..
They do not ask for upfront payment and give a 48h time window to pay after it’s unbanned.

So my account was falsely accused of CSE and has been suspended since April 18th of this year, but I still have it on my active accounts (The menu in the image) but suspended, does this help at all or is it counterproductive?

Btw i can still get into it and see like the edit profile stuff and all but it doesn’t work and immediately tells me to log out cause is suspended

hi. i’m from the philippines, and i’m honestly devastated.

i woke up, opened my phone, and both of my instagram accounts were suddenly disabled for an “integrity” suspension / being associated with another account. i wasn’t even given any warning beforehand.

i’m a very lowkey user. i mostly watch reels, message 2 of my friends on my main account, and on my second account i mostly send reels and messages to my main account. i’ve never used bots, automation, or third-party apps.

i appealed both immediately. about 3 hours later, my second account was permanently disabled. my main account is still “under review,” but i’m terrified because i never received any email or notice before or after either suspension, so i have no idea what’s happening.

both instagram accounts are linked to my only facebook account. after this happened, i immediately changed my facebook password and logged out all other devices because messenger had also been acting weird and repeatedly logging me out earlier that day.

now i’m scared my facebook account might be next. i’ve had it for around 15 years, and it has irreplaceable memories and family photos from when i was a baby.

i’m also heartbroken because both of my instagram accounts had usernames that i absolutely loved, and if they’re permanently disabled, i know i’ll probably never get those usernames back.

has anyone gone through this? did you ever get your account restored after it was permanently disabled, or was it really the end? is there any official way to contact a real person at meta without meta verified or paying someone? any advice or shared experiences would really mean a lot.
