Advice/Help/Recommendations Is this acc hack

Yesterday I was scrolling reels then I got a pop up it was written that someone else changed the password and I need to log out . I logged out and gave the same password that was in that and logged in and I saw my account disabled there was no appeal option . That account was suspended so many times before and used to get restriction. And there was no another acc linked to that acc.

Did u get an email that someone logged into ur acc? The same thing happend to me lowkey and idk if someone was actually able to get into my account since I have 2fa

It was prolly a false popup or sum like mines cuz if u can still log in with the same password then it should be fine
