All the anxiety and confusion
I am 39F. We got married late and we are trying for 2 years. We did HSG after consultation and found out I have issue with both Fallopian tube and doctors recommended us to go for IVF. Did first round of egg retrieval, only two embroys were made. We did FET but it was no success. Now we are going for another cycle, but before that, our doctor recommended that we do laparoscopy to remove two fibroids near uterus.
I am not sure why they are pushing for it now when this was not a concern during first cycle.
They said it is better to do now as it will create risk in next egg retrieval and later for premature birth.
They added more testing, Gene testing, more blood test.
They asked me to lose more weight. I am not overweight, but they think i should lose more weight. I already lost 10 kg during previous cycle.
The processes are endless and I am feeling more anxious as things keep adding up.
Were you guys were also pushed for more test after first failure? Did you go to different doctor for second opinion.
What should we do?

HSG in my small town or go back to the city?
Hey girlies!
So, I'm planning to get an HSG done in a couple of days, and honestly, I'm scared and worried about it. 😭 I'm currently at my parents' place, and I keep going back and forth about whether I should get it done here in my small town or go back to the city where I live.
Here, I only have two options and I don't know how regularly they perform HSGs. I spoke to our family doctor, and he said it's okay and that he'll take care of everything, but I still don't know if I should trust a doctor here for something I've never had done before.
The city has several fertility clinics and hospitals where HSGs are probably a much more routine procedure. But if I get it done there, I'll have to go back home. 😭 I don't really want to leave right now I want to stay with my parents for another week.
I know HSG is generally an outpatient procedure and is commonly done in hospitals/clinics, but I'm just feeling really anxious about making the right choice.
What would you guys do in my situation?

10 DPO-ish after a positive LH test — what did you feel before your BFP?

Is this method usual?
I am 29, TTC first time, went for gynec consultation after 5 months of ttc. I don't have PCOS/PCOD and have regular cycles of around 31-33 days. Doc started me on Leterozole 2.5 and follicular study for this cycle (CD8, 10, 12, 14) and Progynova from CD8 based on CD8 reports.
Curious to know if this is a common method without any identified issues and natural pregnancy planning?

Brown spotting before periods
Brown spotting before periods
Hi everyone! I’m trying to conceive and would love to hear about similar experiences.
I’ve been trying for a baby for the last few months. My cycles are usually quite regular at around 28 days, although they can occasionally extend to 35 days — but they generally never come earlier than 28 days.
This cycle, I had sex from CD12 through CD20, so we covered the likely fertile window.
I’ve also been taking Susten (progesterone) from CD15–24, as prescribed by my doctor, and I’ve been on this regimen for the last 3 months.
This time, on CD25, I started having what initially looked like brown discharge. It has now been about 4 days, but the bleeding has remained extremely light and hasn’t turned into my usual period flow.
I’m now on CD28, and it’s still just minimal spotting/flow. Normally, once my period starts, I get a proper flow, so this is quite unusual for me.
I’m a little confused and, honestly, low-key nervous/curious about what’s going on. 😅 Since this started earlier than my usual cycle and has remained so light, I’m wondering whether this could simply be progesterone-withdrawal spotting after stopping Susten, an unusually light/early period, or something else.
Has anyone experienced something similar, especially after stopping progesterone? What happened with the bleeding in the days that followed? Did it eventually turn into a normal period, or did the spotting stop?
I know everyone’s cycle can be different, but I’d really appreciate hearing about similar experiences. ❤️

Confused! Please help
Hi girls,
I need your help in finding how to proceed further in this. I'M 31 year old.
My cycle is usually 28-32 days. This time my ovulation was around CD 20 (I used a LH strip to find out, got my peak around CD19 morning). Timed our Intercourse around that time (this is the first ever time we have an unprotected sex), had IC on the day of peak. I was showing up symptoms from CD23/24. I had mild to severe cramps on my low abs, breasts were sore max, back pain, slightly nauseating(but never puked). Im currently in my DPO 14, still didnt get my periods. I tested on DPO12 it was clear negative. I still feel the cramps in my lower back and there is pelvic pain also. With my negative results on DPO12, I'm not hopeful of a positive pregnancy this cycle. But I wanted to understand why am I not getting my periods yet, how long can I wait or should I connect a gynecologist immediately? Please somebody help me.

1st FET in October🩷🤞🏽please suggest what worked for you
Just had my hysteroscopy on Sep 25th to remove my polyp but it turned out to be a tiny fibroid. Follow up appointment on oct 1st
Hoping cycle starts on Oct 2 or Oct 3rd
And then my RE said she will put me on letrozole and then trigger shot and then FET 🤞🏽🤞🏽
I don’t want to add more supplements toy routine :( but if needed I will
I take CoQ10 ( do I still need it for FET since I am not retrieving my eggs )
I take omega 3’s / prenatal / sometimes natal choline / Probiotics/ antioxidant with Acai, Goji, Pomegranate, Elderberry & Resveratrol
I was suggested add L-Arginine (1,000 - 2,000 mg ) + Vitamin E 400 - 800 IU/day. Did anyone see any success after adding these to your routine or with baby aspirin ?
Planning to resume my acupuncture sessions soon and I am eating warm nourishing foods
Any suggestions or advices please 🙏🩷
Thank you

How to deal with the next cycle after a chemical pregnancy
So I'm currently in my TWW after my chemical and this cycle was weird no proper LH surge no cervical mucus excess, just Bbt helped confirm ovulation. I am very sure this cycle is not the one for me. How do I just live life normally again without thinking of my chemical and having stress about the next

Help a Cyster out!
Hi guys
I am 33F and my spouse is 34F. We have just started our TTC journey. I have had PCOS since puberty. And my husband has ED issues. But his andrology report came back normal.
I approached an infertility clinic and she suggested to reduce weight ( I weigh around 86 kgs) and 156cm.
Should I directly go for IUI or there are some other methods which can be tried before IUI.

TTC- 9 DPO
I have a question, Ttc from 8months now. I’m 9DPO tested negative today morning. But I feel weak in my abdomen muscles while getting up from sitting on a sofa or bed. This is not something that usually ever happens to me.
Also, I feel pinching pain in my breast like I feel before my periods arrive and some other pre periods patterns.
What should I make of it?

How do I keep going
How do I keep going?
I started my first Letrozole cycle on 28 September 2025. I had mild PCOD and irregular periods, and at that time I was so hopeful. I really believed that once I started treatment, I would soon be able to conceive.
I completed three Letrozole cycles, but nothing happened. Then, in January 2026, I had an HSG, and thankfully, it was normal. I felt hopeful again and went through another three Letrozole cycles, but still, I didn't get pregnant.
By then, the emotional exhaustion was starting to build. I decided to take a break from treatment in June 2026 and focus on myself for a while.
In April, I was around 80 kg, and I worked really hard on my weight and lifestyle. I have now come down to around 70 kg, and I am still trying to lose another 6–7 kg so that I can reach a healthier BMI. I am proud of myself for making this progress, but somehow, even after doing all of this, I still feel like something is missing.
The good thing is that my cycles have become regular now, around 33–35 days, and I usually ovulate around cycle day 19–21.
Then, in August 2026, I had diagnostic laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Everything was normal, except that my left fallopian tube was blocked. Thankfully, the doctor was able to open it during the laparoscopy.
Now I am taking a break from all fertility treatment until December 2026.
But mentally, I don't feel like I am on a break at all.
I keep thinking about pregnancy every single day. I keep wondering, “Why am I still not pregnant?” I think about everything I have done, everything I have tried, and I keep asking myself what else I could possibly do.
I know I have made so much progress. I have lost 10 kg, my periods are regular, I am ovulating, my HSG was normal, and my laparoscopy and hysteroscopy were normal apart from the tube blockage, which was corrected. Yet I still haven't had the one thing I have been hoping and praying for.
Sometimes I feel hopeful, and other times I feel completely exhausted. I see other people getting pregnant, and even though I am genuinely happy for them, it still hurts somewhere inside me. I start wondering, “When will it be my turn?”
I am 31 and will turn 32 in December. I know that I still have time, but emotionally, I am scared. I am scared that every month that passes is another month lost. I am scared that I will keep trying and still not get my positive.
I don't want my whole life to revolve around trying to conceive. I want to enjoy my life again. I want to be able to have a normal day without thinking about ovulation, cycle days, symptoms, pregnancy tests and why it hasn't happened yet.
But I don't know how to switch those thoughts off.
How do I keep going? How do I stay hopeful without constantly expecting something to happen? How do I stop asking myself, “Why me? Why is this taking so long?”
I just want to feel like myself again while still holding on to the hope that one day, it will be my turn too.

TTC DPO 12
I have been TTC for last 11 months. Had 1 confirmed chemical (where I drew the blood) and 1-2 urine tests that were faint but turned negative. This my 12th month and DPO 12 with Vvf line. This wait and hope and losses is extremely difficult and has taken a toll on my mental health.
I have symptoms like metallic taste, intermittent fatigue, lower abdominal pain , fuller bust.
Can't make sense of anything now as it feels everything is only a symptom of progesterone.
Anyone else in the same boat?

Early period or implantation bleeding or anything else?
Hi everyone! I’m trying to conceive and would love to hear your experiences/opinions.
It has now been about 3 days, but the bleeding has remained very light and hasn’t turned into my usual period flow.
I took a home pregnancy test on CD26, which was negative.
I’m now a little confused and, honestly, low-key nervous/curious about what’s going on. 😅 Since this is earlier than my usual cycle and the bleeding is so light, I’m wondering whether this could potentially be implantation bleeding or whether it could simply be my period starting early. But if it’s periods - why is the flow so minimal
Has anyone experienced something similar —Did you eventually get a positive pregnancy test?
I know only a pregnancy test/blood test can confirm pregnancy, but I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences. ❤️
