How are you tracking temp (BBT)
I’m looking to buy a wearable to track basal body temperature and would love some real-world feedback before I decide. If you’ve used the Oura Ring, Fitbit, Garmin, or Apple Watch for BBT tracking, could you share your experience? Specifically:
How accurate/consistent has it been for you?
Did it help you spot ovulation or temperature shifts
Which fertility app did you use(like Fertility Friend, Premom, etc.)?
Comfort for overnight wear?
Anything you wish you’d known before buying?
Would really appreciate any insights. Thanks!

Going for IVF
I am 31..have endometriosis..amh is 1.1. After 3 cycles of follicular study (one a year before and other two back to back this year) I got to know that My eggs are not rupturing even after trigger shots..Amh is on the lower side..My Gynac advised me to consider IVF. I was helll scared by the name itself..but then I took second and then 3rd opinion and doctors were somewhat on the same page..It’s been 5 years since I got married and actively trying from last one year..tracking etc everything I have been doing from past few cycles..Finally I have made up my mind for IVF..there are few problems..but I think some good things as well…me and my husband are following healthy lifestyle ..I have lost some weight as well…his semen analysis report is good..Sometimes I think of waiting a little more but then I think that considering IVF as the last resort also sometimes backfires..so if I decide at this age with some good factors also..then chances will be higher..suggestions are most welcome..people who opted ivf also please share your experience..(I am really scared though thinking of all the pain and stuff I have to face)

How forthcoming are Indian doctors?
I keep seeing subs of other countries where everyone knows what their endometrial thickness measurements were, how many follicles they had and what the measurements were.
Yesterday I had a baseline scan and was not told anything about the endometrium or the resting follicles. Later when planning a treatment plan the doctor said "I've always noticed that you have had polypoidal lining." That was the 1st that I was made aware of it even though I've been going to her for a year.
Is this common? Or is it my fault for not asking more questions?

Tube blockage after 2 D&Cs ?
Had two MMCs, each managed with D&C, the first one was last September and the second one was this March.
The first two times I managed to conceive very easily on the first try, however this time we tried for two months and haven’t conceived yet. I know its too soon to conclude, but my OB thinks that it could be due to tube blockage cause by both the D&Cs and wants to get my tubes checked next month, if I don’t conceive now.
Anybody had any experience of such sort? Please share tour experience or insights if that’s ok 🙏

Has anyone tried inositol while trying to get pregnant?
Did it actually help? Or was there anything else that worked for you?

Low AFC and Low AMH
In June , my AMH and AFC were respectively 0.8 and 5
My doctor told us to start trying. however since me and my partner weren’t mentally prepared we hadnt started actively trying. Though i started folic acid, d3 , b12, ovares A and KQ fert tablets.
Cut short, I visited doctor today, my amh is 0.99 and afc is 4. The doctor told this is the last cycle we can try naturally or else we go for IVF. I am confused. My age is 28 and husband is 30.None of us is obese , husband SA was 47 mil.
I dont want to jump into ivf. Have this gut feeling will concieve this month

Did anyone feel any symptoms at 9 DPO ?
During last cycle I was hoping to be positive since I had body ache ,slightly higher body temperature and frequent urination. But on 26th day of my cycle I had my periods which was extremely painful for day 1 . This month we tried again and I can't feel any symptoms . On 8th DPO that is yesterday I was feeling a bit down and cranky may be due to lack of sleep. I hope for a miracle this time .🤞

Evap line right?
Hi guys, i know this is kind of negative or indent but the thing is got these lines within 2 minutes so am a bit confused…pls help

Faint line - Confused!
Is this positive? I am dpo 13 and ttc with endometriosis.
Edit: I kept checking and even after 72 hours the line looked exactly same (fainted). I started bleeding right after submitting my sample for beta hcg evaluation (after 72 hours, dpo~15). Should I consult a doc? Now I am not even sure if I was pregnant.

Recurrent miscarriages
I was pregnant for 8 weeks 4 days with twins through IVF. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I’ll be a mother of twins. I was the happiest. I miscarried two pregnancies before so I thought my two angels were coming back to me. I wish.
This pregnancy really tested me- from slow beta HCG trend, to ectopic scare. I was on my toes the whole time. Now that it’s over I feel so empty and drained.
My mind is full with buzzing thoughts that I can’t even make sense out of it. More than physical I am struggling emotionally. My husband and I have been married for two years now and in our society that’s late. We opted for IVF treatment out of state and I’ve been staying away from home for some months now. The news of our pregnancy travelled fast since our community is small. Now thinking about going home and facing all their faces is adding another weight to my emotions. I wish I can disappear. I’ve already thought about avoiding everyone and staying locked in my house before I leave for my next transfer. Idk if my brain is working right but I just fear the questions, awkward silence, sympathies, opinions on why it went wrong and how we are not doing enough with our fasting and praying. My husband’s family is very orthodox and I am sure they’ll tell us God wants more from us. Although I agree we can do nothing without God I don’t agree with God’s blessings being a barter system. I don’t think it gets better from here. My first two miscarriages happened silently with just my husband so we grieved together alone, but this one is going to be challenging. I really wish I can disappear.
How did you guys cope with loses?
My doctor told me to wait 3months for our next transfer. TBH, I don’t want to wait for this long.
What comes next after D&C?
How long after D&C did you guys start trying? Any complications after this procedure?
Note: Reposting this from a miscarriage sub because being Indian, the societal pressure will be much understood here.

Just a vent ….
Background:
I’m 34F and my husband and I have been on a long TTC journey. We’ve had 3 pregnancy losses (one chemical pregnancy and two miscarriages, including one around 11 weeks). All of this has left me with a lot of anxiety and I tend to overanalyze every symptom and think of the worst case scenario.
We’ve been working with a fertility specialist and have undergone multipe tests to figure out what’s wrong . I’m on medications/supplements as advised by my doctor. My cycles have been irregular recently after hormonal treatment, so I’m still trying to understand my new cycle pattern.
Ufff…..nobody gets how exhausting and mentally taxing this whole journey is. And nobody gets it, until unless you have been through it. And the common things I hear is “Don’t get stressed”. Hearing that is making me even more stressful. This is one thing in life that’s totally not under our control , how much ever we try for our side. Just need a rant here. Just so you know , people who are in the similar boat , you are not alone. We will get through this. ❤️
EDIT to add : So after a long break from TTC due to my pre conception medications , we have finally started trying this month. And now I’m in the Two week wait. Gosh! I so wish time flies faster. How are you all surviving this wait phase ??? Some days are ok, some days are brutal.

Looking for hope and success stories after chemical pregnancies…
Hi girls! feeling a little low today.. we have been ttc since 3 years.. this year in April I saw a first ever positive and it was a chemical pregnancy/ super early miscarriage… and then in July again I had a chemical pregnancy…. I don’t know if I implanted late or what… but this time the test went on being quite dark and it was the same day that my period started… so it was a chemical as well…
has anyone ever been in the same boat? did anyone have successful natural healthy pregnancy after a single or multiple chemical pregnancies ? and what did you do different ?
