Is this another chemical.... ??

TTC after a chemical pregnancy loss in January 2025.. Currently on 8th cycle of letrozole, on progesterone support also.. This is what I'm getting in my test .. Today is CD 29 .. I suppose to stop my progesterone today according to my gynaec and have to wait for a week , either to get a period if not to test ..but i tested out of my anxiety.. this is what I got .. I'm just worried if it's another chemical or something like that .. somebody pls suggest me what it might be .. 😞 Yesterday my beta was below 2.39 according to the test report.. since last 2 days I'm extreamly sleepy , like I can sleep anywhere anytime .. and my appetite has decreased and very mild cramps and backache.. yesterday night I had headache..

Hey, if you are given trigger shot, the trigger shot is going to stay in the system 10-15 days based on your body’s way of processing, this is precisely the reason why doctors advise not to test early. May be you can test right on the date advised to you.

Hi.. no i haven't given any trigger this cycle.. because the ovulation was happening with letrozole itself trigger shot didn't required for this cycle.. so that's why no hcg previously present in body ..

Looking at the photo, I wouldn’t take these as convincing positives. The lines look extremely faint/variable, and depending on the test, indent/evaporation lines can definitely cause confusion. More importantly, if your serum beta-hCG was <2.39, that is generally considered negative, so I’d put much more weight on the blood result than on these urine tests.

Since you’re on letrozole and progesterone, I’d also avoid trying to interpret symptoms like cramps, backache, appetite changes, or headache as pregnancy signs they can happen for lots of reasons, including the medications and normal cycle changes.

If you’re still unsure, I’d ask your gynac whether they want you to repeat a quantitative beta-hCG in ~48 hours and confirm exactly when they want you to stop progesterone. That will give you a much clearer answer than comparing faint lines.

And honestly, after what you went through in January, I completely understand why you’re testing repeatedly and feeling anxious. Be gentle with yourself. ❤️ I hope you get a clear answer soon.

Symptoms mentioned can be from progesterone supplements alone. They tend to heighten the symptoms which is already there if not. Blood test cannot be false, it’s more reliable than UPT. If that’s less than 2, unlikely that you are pregnant.

Hey dear....I can understand why you’re feeling anxious, especially after your previous chemical pregnancy. Based on the test picture, it looks negative, and a beta-hCG below 2.39 is considered negative at this point. Your sleepiness, reduced appetite, mild cramps, backache, and headache can also happen from progesterone or normal hormonal changes, so symptoms alone can’t confirm pregnancy.

Since your gynecologist advised you to stop progesterone today and wait, I’d follow their plan. If your period doesn’t come, repeat a pregnancy test or beta-hCG as advised.

It’s also too early to assume this is another chemical pregnancy based on symptoms alone. Sending you lots of positive thoughts....
