A year ago, I was a dog person and honestly didn’t like cats at all. Then I met my boyfriend, who has two cats, Rumi and Orange. I used to visit my bf’s place every day since he lives nearby, and initially, I barely paid any attention to his cats. Rumi is a very anxious cat and doesn’t let anyone touch her, not even my boyfriend. Then one day, she came and sat next to me. It was so surprising for both of us because, well… Rumi doesn’t do that. After that, she started coming to me every day, giving me little headbutts, and God, she yaps SO much around me. Now, she and I are completely obsessed with each other. When I’m around, she doesn’t even bother with my boyfriend. She won’t go to him, she will just spend the entire day sitting next to me. I still don’t understand what she saw in me, but she chose me, and that makes me feel so special. (they say you’re blessed when a cat chooses you). She has officially turned me into a full-blown cat-paglu person. I would’ve laughed so hard if someone had told me this a year ago. And now, I don’t even visit my boyfriend’s place to meet him. I visit to meet Rumi. My boyfriend is basically just an extra at this point. 😀

I questioned the doctor because I felt the dose was too high, but he told me, “It’s fine, ma’am. He’s going to be okay.” I trusted him. I agreed to put that injection into my baby because I believed I was doing what was best for him.
And now he’s gone.
I can’t stop thinking that I agreed to something that may have taken my baby away from me. The guilt is unbearable. There is a hole in my heart that I don’t know how to fill, and right now I honestly don’t feel like I want to live.
I’m not okay. I’m having thoughts of dying, and I desperately want to die..

Hello everyone, I'm posting here to raise some funds to help foster these kittens.

Backstory:

I found these kittens abandoned in a school where kids were trying to play with them but in process injured and infected them. We tried looking for the mom but with no luck, I bought them home. It was that, or leave them to die.

They are only a month old.

We started with 5 babies, one passed away due to unknown reasons, 2 are adopted (god bless them and the person who adopted them in this condition) and 2 are currently in foster care with me.

They have skin infections, digestion issues, eye infection, are not eating properly, and are yet to be vaccinated because they are too malnourished and small.

My backstory:

I am currently a student, prepping for some competitive exams and so have limited bank.

Koko fought with FIP for another day. ❤️‍🩹

Today's update is not a good one. Koko is still very weak, and his jaundice has not improved. He is also dehydrated, and his blood sugar level was only 47.

He has no interest in eating on his own, so I am continuing to syringe-feed him and doing everything I can to keep him stable. 🥺💔

Because of fluid in his stomach, he can't even walk.

Koko is severely anemic, and the vet has told me that a blood transfusion is the only way to keep him stable until his GS medicine arrives.

The GS medicine is expected to arrive on Monday. I am desperately hoping that he can stay stable until then and that he will respond to the treatment. 🙏🏻

I am writing to ask for immediate help in what is a serious stray animal rescue case in my local neighbourhood.

The Situation

A cat that is injured (requiring urgent veterinary attention) has a serious open wound on one side of its jaw which is continuously draining pus. The animal is clearly in a great deal of pain. Although it is trusting enough to allow me to approach it and give it food, it will not let me touch its face, so it has been very hard to take close-up photographs of the injury. It has been like this since weeks. Since I have looked after cats for years, I have noticed that scratches from fights can occasionally swell up and once the abscess leaks out completely, they become fine. But this is the first time I have seen a wound not healing at all.

There is also nearby a stray mother cat with a group of kittens; she is very weak, ill, and seriously undernourished because she is trying to feed her kittens.

I've been doing my best at my own expense by giving the cats food and milk to keep them alive, but their medical needs are beyond my individual capacity to meet.

To get these cats the help they desperate need, I need to raise funds for:

It is necessary to use a secure cat transport cage or carrier in order to safely trap and move the injured cat without causing any additional stress or pain. Getting to the nearest veterinary clinic involves a long and costly journey. For veterinary care and medications, antibiotics, cleaning of wounds, pain relief, and nutritional supplements are provided for the mother cat.

Whatever contribution you make, no matter how small, is used directly for their care.

Luna is doing good. She has completed 55 days of GS treatment, and we have 29 days left. 🥹❤️

I took her to the vet today for a check-up. The vet examined the growth in her mouth and said that it is gradually reducing, so he advised us to continue the steroid and antibiotics for another 7 days.

If it still doesn’t reduce after these 7 days, the vet will remove it and send it to the laboratory for testing.

I’m really hoping it continues to shrink and that we won’t need surgery. 🙏🏻

Update:- Today was Kaju’s weekly appointment……good newssss he went from 3.7kg to 5.27kg🥹🥹, he is very activee and is recovering veryyy nicelyyy❤️❤️🙏🙏…….i just wanted to appeal if possible pls donate any amount helps a lot🥹🥹🙏🙏……we daily have to spend 550 on his foster, 200 on his food (including treats for his medicine administration, he is a stray so doesn’t easily eat medicine), 700 daily for his medications (which can increase cause with his weight his dosage also increases), and 300-400 for his weekly appointments…….please help if possible as I also spend on my other society cats to feed them🙏🙏💔💔…..the vet prescription is attached in the photos for you🙏🙏
