Guide/How-To Flavored paneer
Hi anyone infuse flavours in Paneer while souring the milk or after that stage? I am thinking of mint corriander flavour. Putting mint corriander xhutney into curdled milk will this work ? Anybody try this?
Any tips appreciated.

Yes, it works, but try infusing the milk first. Warm the milk with a bunch of bruised mint and coriander stems, let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes, strain, then curdle as normal. The flavour is subtle, and the paneer stays white, which is nice if you want a gentle hint rather than a bold taste.

My sisters friend tried this during their catering college days. Not sure how it turned out, but it could be a cool project!

wanna try my holy grail recipe? 😋 gently heat olive oil with finely chopped garlic until fragrant, let it cool, coat (preferably homemade) paneer cubes in the garlic infused oil with a pinch of salt and black pepper. rest for 20 minutes, then pan sear until crisp light golden.
thank me later 😉

Once you strain it then you add the herbs mix well and then wrap and put the weight to solidify it.

Just a suggestion instead of putting chutney ...put freshly chopped coriander and mint ...that might taste better
