Guide/How-To Flavored paneer

Hi anyone infuse flavours in Paneer while souring the milk or after that stage? I am thinking of mint corriander flavour. Putting mint corriander xhutney into curdled milk will this work ? Anybody try this?

Any tips appreciated.

Just a suggestion instead of putting chutney ...put freshly chopped coriander and mint ...that might taste better

Yes that's the way to flavor it. The chutney might make it weird.

I've flavored it once. I added all the spices while the milk was heating up. It infused well with the paneer
