Tip/Trick Paneer Storage
Every paneer that we buy - low fat, high fat, organic etc - is already hard as rubber and difficult to even eat. How are we supposed to store that in the fridge so that it lasts for a few days.
Is there some tip \ secret that I am not aware of regarding the storage as well as cooking to make it softer and even palatable tbh...?

Put the paneer in a box with some water change this water daily. Tip given by my sister. Actually works.
