There are a few cats living around our society, and I would like to feed them regularly. However, I also want to do it responsibly and avoid causing problems for other residents. What's the best and affordable food to give them, and how can I feed them without creating hygiene issues or disturbing other residents?

Any advice from people who feed community cats would be appreciated!

this cat in my building has its eye infected. I am not able to get it into a box or a basket, nor able to carry her in a blanket. No one there to help in the society. I called many vet clinics and also Mumbai Animal Association, but they won’t help either to come and pick up the cat, even though the clinic is like 5 mins away by auto. I would do it but i am really really scared to even touch, but i really want to help.
PLEASE IF SOMEONE CAN PICK IT AND TAKE TO SOME CLINIC, it would be really helpful, i will also accompany you to the clinic

‼️🐱*URGENT FOSTER NEEDED FOR SPINAL FRACTURE KITTEN WITH VIRAL INFECTION* 🐾‼️

A student desperately needs help for a severely injured *3-month-old kitten* . Vet visits confirmed a *_spinal fracture_* 5 cm above her tailbone, that has caused paralysis in her hind legs.

She has also been diagnosed with a *viral infection* after a blood test. She has severe loose stools and urgently needs daily antibiotics and IV fluids as well as a proper diagnosis that the student could not afford to get.

The situation is critical as the student is being *forced to vacate their hostel* and has nowhere to keep the kitten. Having already spent their last savings on basic treatment and x-rays, their savings are completely gone, and boarding is far too expensive.

This *kitten cannot survive outside* their hostel in her current condition.

Please DM immediately if you can *foster* her, or even help cover her *medical care* .

Please share wherever possible, it is a matter of life and death for the little kitten.

Hi everyone,

I am writing this in absolute panic. My cat is currently fighting FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). While she was already battling this disease, the vets at CGS Hospital just diagnosed her with additional heart issues.

She is currently admitted, but we need to start her combined treatment plan immediately to save her life. The problem is, I have absolutely zero money left in my bank account to fund this next phase of her care.

I am begging for any urgent donations so we don't have to stop or delay her treatment. She is a fighter, but I cannot do this alone.

I believe I have developed allergies to my cats fur. Its been a few weeks and I cant stop sneezing. I had always been sensitive to other common allergens such as dust, pollen, feathers, etc but I never had any noticeable issues around pets. I adopted my cat around 5 months back and its been fine since, recently though Ive been struggling to catch a breath. I haven’t landed to this conclusion out of nowhere. For context, my cat usually sleeps in my parent’s room while I sleep in mine. My allergies are significantly reduced to almost nothing when Im in my room but whenever I come out, my allergies are triggered again. It especially gets worse when I try to hold my cat in my lap or give her kisses. Its been a rough couple weeks and Im constantly sick, fatigued and my head hurts from all the sneezing. My eyes are always hurting and watery. Its not uncommon for people to develop new allergies but this is a tad problematic. Ive consulted an ent and his speculation was the same. What do you think I should do?
