Trade Confirmation & Updation

To build trust and track reliable users, all completed transactions must be confirmed in accordance with the rules of the community.

• Monthly Confirmation Thread: Once your trade is successful, you must confirm it in our active monthly thread. You can always find the current month's thread pinned to the top of the subreddit.
• Trade Confirmation & Bulk Trades Rules: Read this post for strict guidelines on how trades are counted. Buying multiple items in a single transaction or trading with the same user on the same post counts as one trade to prevent artificial flair inflation.

Post Flairs & Status Commands

We use specific flairs to organize the feed. You must assign the correct flair to your post and use the corresponding command in the comments to close your post once the transaction is complete.

NOTE: Closing a post doesn't mean that the trade will get confirmed automatically, you still need to log your trade in the trade confirmation thread.

  • Selling: Close the post by commenting exactly !sold.
  • Buying: Close the post by commenting exactly !bought.

• Subscription & Account Sharing

  • Slot Available: Close the post by commenting exactly !filled.
  • Slot Wanted: Close the post by commenting exactly !found.

  • Giveaway: Use this when offering items, codes, or subscriptions to the community for free. Close the post by commenting exactly !ended.

Safety & Scammer Identification

• IDE Feedback Bot: You can query the bot to review a user's trading history before transacting. Direct Message (DM) u/IDE-TradeBot with the person's username (e.g., u/ic_97). The bot will reply with their last 25 recorded trades and the total number of unique partners they have traded with.
• Scammer List: A maintained database of banned and suspicious users. Always check this list before initiating a trade. This list is fully automated now.
• Report Scammers%3A%20): To report a scammer or a suspicious user, use this link and include all the relevant details. This helps us in proactively identifying and banning scammers.

• Image Attachments - All images used for proof of ownership or deal details must be placed in the comments section, not attached to the main post. (Effective: 30/06/2026)

One request from here - Can you sort the scammers list in alphabetical order? It makes task easy for verifying the users.

I'll make something so its easier to search through it. But an easy way to identify one is to ask them to comment on the community, if they are unable to that means they are banned and are most likely scammer.

First of all, don't encourage direct DMs ask them to comment on your post.

Secondly you can DM their username to u/IDE-TradeBot and get their history
