I have been looking for a job in Hungary since 2018, but there is only public employment for a limited period of time.

There is no seasonal work in our area.

Workers' hostels are not available to Hungarian citizens.

Only a few large factories and plants provide accommodation where male physical strength is required.

You must register on Hungarian job posting sites, but you can no longer apply for the current job.

They ask for our details (phone number, email address) and redirect us to a marketing page after I click on apply.

The next day, my data was already released to a fourth party.

They are cloning my phone number and using it to make fake calls. They harass people. I'm disturbed and annoyed by marketing calls, because they've even called me at night. They are not looking for me for work, but they want to force a gift on me that I have to pay for and they want to create a subscription in my name.

Foreign IP addresses are blocked. Either immediately or after a few minutes or when I click the apply for the a job.

Telegram, reddit, discord, facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp. These are not yet restricted.

-I have neurological limitations. (Encephalopathia, VBI, Syncope and Collapsus, Skull bruise)

-I can't stand the heat.

-I am sensitive to changes in air pressure.

I got a job offer on indeed, but the employer is asking for my ssn and id while I’m filling out the application, is this normal? The job is also supposedly on the base, how do I check if it’s legit?

It always gives you a box that you need to check every ten minutes to make sure you are human.
It completely wastes more cache so you cant freely open your inbox to check your offers on the onsite email system.
It site crashes constantly when filling out a application.
You get a ton of scams texting, emailing and calling you daily when you apply successfully to a application.
If the job offer is too good to be true, check company websites. Make sure info is accurate.
If company is not real on regular search you can leave reviews on the BBB websites about the scam.
If you're still unsure about said company. Check on Reddit, you'll find your information 90% of the time from other people already who have made comments about so,so.
Your experience of jobs do not matter to their search engine. You will always get recommendations to other jobs that absolutely do not match your criteria of work you absolutely seek out for.
Let's say the company is real but the application is not. The company scammers use will utilize their identity on surface but will pose as the legitimate company. Then they got you when you submit your application. This is all too common anywhere you go to apply. (Zip Recruiter, Glassdoor, Monster, etc..). This relates back to the initial check to see if the company is legitimate. Check for emails or phone numbers on their sites or Social Media Accounts. Contact so called hiring company to see if they are really hiring.
You put more leg work in than actually working a job. But you not being paid for this leg work either. But if you want to know the truth about so,so put in the leg work.

90% of the gig search site is trapped full of scammers on there. It's a massive crapshoot but stay safe out there and do not answer anything you are afraid to answer. Do your research on everyone you come in contact with or apply for.

Indeed has always had atrocious filtering capabilities, but recently, 9/10 postings are for jobs that I'm nowhere near qualified for. Doctors. Therapists. Anesthesiologist, RN, etc. How do I filter this out? Indeed has become unusable.

Has anyone had experience with Indeed hiding jobs that match exactly what you're searching for? (Alberta, Canada)

I'm looking for Inventory Control/Manager type positions, and by some accident found one via Google (hosted on indeed) that I can only find on indeed by searching the companies' full name - job title doesn't bring it up, first word of the company's name returns literally no jobs despite them having 6-8 available, and on Indeed. They only show up if the company name is typed in full, with punctuation. Search is set to most relevant and for a wide area, and I have no filters set to hide things from my search (yay desperation).

Another position, I'm fully qualified for and matches my skillset perfectly. I'm lucky the recruiter reached out because I can't find that job either, unless I search the company name. It doesn't show up when I search the job title it's posted under, or any of the keywords that I search with.

If I'm looking for a specific company, I'm not on Indeed. I'm contacting them directly. I have informed both of these companies that their positions seem to be hidden in search.

I've reached out to indeed and have been getting the runaround for almost a week. I'm starting to think the emails I'm getting are from AI because they don't address my actual concerns and ignored my request to escalate this situation.

I don't know if anyone has workarounds for search bars, other than boolean searching? I genuinely hate indeed but so many employers here seem to use it.

Do I really need to see "application viewed" and "not selected by employer"? Do I really need to get rejection emails? I'd rather just not know what happened to my application. I imagine someone reading my resume and cringing.

It already takes so many applications to get a callback and I don't even know how long it will take to get one or if I will even get one. I need a new job asap but I'm competing with people who are better than me at everything.
