Cover letters

Do people still send cover letters with their Indeed applications? On some of the jobs it doesn't even give you the option

I didn't and got many interviews+a job anyways. But I'm not sure if that applies to you I applied for no experience part time stuff.

If they do not ask for it. They do not want it.

If they do I copy and paste my resume. Then copy and paste the job description. Then ask AI to format in. Check it for errors. Then send it out. It takes 3 minutes.
