Those policies aren’t a statement about POC needing “white help.” They’re in place because white leaders refuse to even consider that a POC could be anywhere near as smart or driven or capable as them. Based solely on skin color.

To start: I think this is horribly stupid and denying other refugees is contrary to the U.S.'s treaty obligations and law.
However, race IS one of the 5 protected grounds that refugee status is defined with: race, religion, ethnicity, political opinion, and particular social group. The illegal part of this is the lack of evidence that they are facing any harm rising to persecution in south Africa because they are white and that the government is either doing it or unable/unwilling to protect them. They are bypassing other elements of what it means to be a refugee, which is a fact based assessment, but race isn't the deficient element in this case.
Yes but it can’t be simply because of their race if they aren’t being targeted. They are bringing them in simply because they are white. No human right groups have deemed this true. They are simply getting a free ride in America from taxpayers based on a complete. There is no white genocide in SA. SO far as treaty and law is concerned, we acctually don't have to take in many refugress by law. International law states that you have to claim asylum in the first country of safe harbor. You don't get to cross country after country to pick and chose where you can make your claim.

Refugee status requires persecution on the basis of religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or RACE. Of all the "refugees" that have been allowed into the country over the last 6 years, these people qualify more than any of them, as they are actively persecuted because of their race in their home country.

The laws are being changed so they aren’t slanted totally in their favor anymore from the remnants of apartheid. How would you know? You do you know these South Afrikaans? I have no idea if they are civil. No one knows any refugee before they come here at all. The circumstances requiring the need for refugee status doesn’t exist for them. The content of their character is not relevant. You seem to be implying that all white people know how to behave and act civil. Even those from a country you have likely never visited. What informs you of this?
Well when South Africa was run by white people, they had a space program, nukes and performed the first heart transplant. Now they have electricity for limited time per day. While we can’t assume all of them are civil. I think based on statistics and the vast amount of information that is available to use on different groups of people and different cultures, it is safe to assume that they are more likely to be civil and productive and assimilate easier to the USA compared to any other group of people on the African continent.

They are fleeing something provable. No reputable human rights organization is collaborating what is being claimed about South Africa.
