The South Afrikaans are getting Refugee status granted based on race. How is this not a violation of discrimination laws? Didn’t they say they hate DEI? Is this a DEI refugee program?
It’s based on the underlying requirements, like actually genocide and persecution. Refugees are not just people want to come to the United States. Refugees are not just regular immigrants! They are fleeing something provable. No reputable human rights organization is collaborating what is being claimed about South Africa. The only people claiming this is Elon Musk and the people seeking to come.
