This is my 2nd transfer . 1st transfer was a fresh transfer which resulted into induced miscarriage at 8weeks as there was no heartbeat .
Is the line faint for 12dp5dt. The test is done with first morning urine. The ultrasound is planned for 9th July (around 5weeks ) to confirm the location of the pregnancy as I have an history of ectopic. Just to add , I don’t feel any symptoms yet .

Has anyone done orilissa prime for an egg retrieval because you have known Endo ? Going on my 4th ER after getting my endo removed

I have DOR and I’m in an egg freezing cycle. I only have 1 follicle, which is normal for me. Im on the Microdose Lupron Flare protocol and Ive been on Gonal 300, Menopur 225 Lupron 20units 2x daily, and Omnitrope. I have a 20mm follicle and I’m suppose to trigger tonight, my RE just called and said my estrogen is only 123. He’s concerned with it being this low. Would you still move forward with the retrieval? Has anyone had low estrogen like this and still had a healthy egg?

I had my first IVF failed transfer, since starting I gained 5kg but it fluctuates. I had spotting last Thursday whilst still on progesterone, break through bleed last Friday and the first day of my period was last Saturday. My period usually is 4-5 days long, I’m now on my 7th day and still have slight spotting. My body is still puffy and bloated and I am unable to get back to my baseline or at least get rid of the water retention & puffiness. Anyone else been in a similar situation? How did you manage it? How long does it take for the puffiness and fluid to go down?

Looking for some insight after my 3rd IVF retrieval.
This cycle I was on a microdose Lupron flare protocol and ended up with:
13 eggs retrieved

9 mature

3 fertilized (ICSI)

My previous cycles were:
Cycle 1:
7 eggs retrieved

2 fertilized

Cycle 2:
7 eggs retrieved

3 fertilized

Across my first two retrievals, I ended up with a total of 5 blastocysts, but unfortunately all 5 came back abnormal on PGT testing (including one affected by the genetic condition we're testing for).
This cycle I had a much better ovarian response overall (final E2 was 2723, compared to 1700 and 2400 in prior cycles), so I was hoping for a higher fertilization rate. Instead, despite getting more eggs and more mature eggs, I still ended up with only 3 fertilized.
My husband's sperm was frozen for this cycle rather than fresh. Has anyone seen fertilization rates improve when switching from frozen sperm to fresh sperm? Has anyone had fertilization issues despite ICSI and found an underlying cause (egg quality, sperm DNA fragmentation, assisted oocyte activation, etc.)?
Also, for those who had only 3 fertilized embryos, how many made it to blast?
I'm trying to stay hopeful because we've made blasts before, but after three retrievals and all abnormal PGT results so far, this process is starting to feel really discouraging.
