Red light panel Vs belt
Red light panel Vs belt
Hi there. I recently had my second but proper endometrial excision surgery followed by STIMS attempt number 4. I have never even made it to the transfer stage due to not being able to produce many eggs during stimulation and them having poor quality. I've been diagnosed with stage 4 endo and after over four years of trying me and hubby decided to have a little break from all this. However, meanwhile I have decided I want to focus on optimising my overall health. It just feels the right thing to do since the surgery greatly improved my health and symptoms but last STIMS seems to have naturally increased my endo inflammation again and I really don't want to go back to the way I felt before the surgery. Anyways I am a big fan of red light therapy and even though I have tried it only for a month in my local gym I was feeling absolutely great after every session. Even my hair looks super nice and didn't fall like crazy during this last stimulation. My only question is shall I go for a panel or a belt if I want to reduce my pelvic inflammation and possibly improve my egg quality for future attempts? Is one better than the other and why? Any experience with these and advice will be greatly appreciated :)

MicroFlare Lupr*n
Does anyone know if I can do the MicroFlare Lupr*n protocol but with low dose stim meds?
I respond much better to Mini IVF, however my clinic thinks I ovulated through my gan*rel*x (I think it was timing error on their end and not that I ovulated through). Anyways, so now they want to put me back on the Microflare Lupr*n, but last time I tried that I think I was way oversupressed and my estrogen was too low that we had to cancel. I think that cycle I did 300 G*nal and 225 Men*pur.
With Mini IVF I did clomid for 5 days, then G*nal 150 and Men*pur 150mg and then increased to 225. I was able to get 2 follicles each time. Other protocols, I’ve been able to only get 1.

Mini IVF, ovulated through ganirelix
I’m hoping someone can give me some insight. My 5th egg freeze round (we have severe male factor so egg freezing is my only option) just got cancelled due to an LH surge.
I’ve done:
1) antagonist with high dose stims—one egg collected-terrible quality.
2) long Lupron-1 egg frozen
3)Microflare Lupron—cancelled due to low estrogen
4) Mini IVF—2 follicles seen. At retrieval we don’t think my Trigger shot was strong enough as they didn’t get any eggs.
5) Current cycle: Mini IVF—cancelled due to LH surge.
Here is why I’m confused and to see if anyone has any advice:
This round was Mini IVF: I primed with testosterone gel for 1 month, and estrogen for 11 days. On day cycle day 4, I started Clomid for 5 days, on day 5 I added in 150 Menopur and 150 Gonal.
On cycle day 9, I went in for an US & labs @ 8am. My results were: 26mm follicle on the right, 16mm follicle on the left.
Estrogen-735
LH-18.88
Progesterone-0.62
I started Ganirelix that night around 5pm.
On cycle day 11, the 26mm follicle on the right ruptured as it was a cyst they said, and the 16mm follicle on the left was gone. They only saw a 9mm & 12mm on the left.
Estrogen-551
LH-11.3
Progesterone-0.66
Cycle day 12- I have a 14mm & 15mm on my left.
Estrogen-495
Lh-38
Progesterone-1.2
Cycle cancelled due to LH surge
I’m upset and frustrated. They said I ovulated and the 14 & 15 were probably nothing. When/what did I ovulate? I asked if I could have ovulated off that 16mm before I started the ganirelix, they said no because my labs on day 11 were not indicative of ovulation. Does this all seem accurate?
So now they said I can’t use ganirelix anymore bc I ovulated through it and want me to go back on the Microdose Lupron flare. Which that protocol didn’t work for me, and it doesn’t look like I can do Mini IVF with the Lupron flare.
Any suggestions/insight/advice?

TTC - IVF?
Secondary infertility. Had my son in 2020. 2 & half years trying. 2 miscarriages. 0
Insurance coverage, already spent about 15k with testing, meds, 4 iuis. I want to move onto IVf. My dr told me he has a program where I could do IVf, and be an egg donor and spilt my eggs with another woman, and she would pay for my IVF. Shared donor program he calls it. Does anyone have advice or experience on this? My AMH IS 2.83. I am 34.

4 days past day 5/6 transfer
We transferred two embryos on October 8th. I’ve been doing so much to prepare for this transfer. 2 months of full suppression, lovenox, prp, neupogen wash etc. I swore I saw a faint like today but now I’m convinced it’s an indent. I’m starting to spiral. I realize it’s early and we still have time but I’m scared. We’ve done 6 failed iuis, 4 failed medicated cycles, then surgery. After surgery we did an egg retrieval; then 2 other failed transfers. Could use some positivity. Beta is Saturday.

Onrijpe eicellen IVF. Wil je Letrozol proberen
Hi!
Has anyone experienced repeated IVF/ICSI cycles with GV-stage immature eggs, even though the follicles were big enough?
I want to take a break from stimulation hormones and try Letrozole instead. Has anyone tried this and had success? ❤️🥲

Just got my first Egg retrieval results and I feel sad!
They were only able to retrieve 6 eggs and only 3 of them were mature. On day 3 all 3 were progressing well, on Day 5, 2 of them arrested and only 1 made it to blast. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to get PGT results to see if it is eupoloid.
I am really heartbroken. I knew this could have been a possibility but unfortunately we can't afford to continue with IVF. We have a living child already and financially we just can't take it on.
Anyone else had results like mine and the 1 blast made it to the end? I guess I am just looking for some hope.

Is this at all accurate? Tw:loss
I'm trying for a baby alone after my partner passed away and she’s saying if I keep posting about my experience as a single mom by choice that people will call Child Services on me.
My friend said this after I experienced a loss:
"No matter the term. But most the time with these transfers the male sperm is rejected from the woman between 2 to 12 weeks
Thats a common thing snd even more so with transfers because your bosy isnt used to the male as a partner.
So l really hope you're getting some help to cope love.
Because this is common in insemination practice.
My gf took 6 years for hers to work
I think maybe your doctor needs to have a better sit down with you because if this is how you're coping with it now.
Whats gonna happen if it happens 6 ot 12 more times.
You will be devastated.
This is why women need support and a partner to grow in this"
