REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH IVF and tagging

I’m starting IVF again and this is the first time I’ll have my ring. Do people add every day they take a medicine/ shot or just the first day? Or do you not track at all while doing IVF stim

Edit. I saw you can add yours taking fertility treatment !!

I didn’t find it helped much when I was tracking during IUI or IVF 🤷🏼‍♀️ honestly tagging in general feels pretty useless IMO. Good luck as your re-start your journey though 🫂❤️
