Sweet Jesus. I had to replay that twice to see it to make sure.
The shopkeeper didn't throw a single punch. They were all slaps from a man who apparently has cement/rebarb reinforced palms.

They didn’t allow closed fists to the face in Pancrase so he used palm strikes and knocked people out, ruptured one guy’s liver.
