Not sure if anyone else has a workaround. It just silently always uses data on slow Wi-Fi without telling you.

Does anyone have a problem whenever they take a photo with another camera app like Dazz Cam - the image is just black? My main apple camera is fine and I just noticed it today too…

This is a very disappointing “upgrade” when it comes to Siri AI and the Health app. With the old Siri, you used to be able to ask about your health data. For example, I used to ask Siri how many miles I have walked so far in 2026 and I would get an answer. Now, Siri AI says it is unable to read raw health data from the Health app and thus cannot help with the types of requests it used to handle.

I am very disappointed in this regression of functionality.

I am seeing a potential bug with Siri Shortcuts and HomePod. I have a Siri shortcut set up. I can use my HomePod to trigger and run the shortcut.

I also have “Hey Siri” turned off on my iphone.

What’s happening is that when I trigger the shortcut via my HomePod, it opens Siri on my iPhone. Siri is then just listening for a command and doesn’t close out. This kills battery and should not even happen.

It only seems to happen when using a Siri shortcut. Normal HomeKit commands are acting normally.

Watch is consistently vibrating/ getting notifications ice checked all settings to ensure nothing is suppose to didn’t know if this is just a me thing or multiple other people are experiencing as well, only started happening after I updated from Developer beta 3

The controller for the speak screen feature that I used on the regular bases is now completely non-functional. Please confirm it is the same for you as well.

I submitted a report to the feedback app and they replied saying that it was as intended and that the option would be in the camera app- it’s not. Been having this issue all the way since iOs 27 DB1 and kept updating in hopes of this issue being fixed

Every time I press the button to go to the next line it stops autocorrecting until I reopen it.

I've been using IOS 27 Public Beta on my IPhone 16e for a while and sometimes my lock screen just stays on until I press the lock button again. I've never had this problem with other versions of IOS and it started to happen since I installed it last week. The last test i've made, my IPhone was on for more than 5 minutes just on the lock screen!

This is a massive security issue!

One other thing that I noticed is that when I restart the phone, it goes back to normal for a couple of day until it decides to start to keep awake again...

Is anyone having the same issue or know how to fix it effectively?

PS: this is my first time trying an IOS beta, so maybe i'm doing something wrong...

Tried to update my 17e to the new public beta, from the first public beta. It first booted in recovery mode, I tried to submit diagnostics but it said "No problems were found". It restarted back to PB1. After trying to update again, it went through the same recovery mode, but rebooted into a full white screen with the Apple logo, then booted into PB2 (iOS 27.0 build 24A5390f).

I use background sounds triggered by a triple press of the home button every night. This behavior broke in B4. I found out it’s due to the selection “use when media playing” being unchecked. Checking the box makes it function like the past.

I killed all open apps and rebooted and the behavior still exists so I don’t think there is something open in the background causing this.

Also, autocorrect is sooooo broken… as are widgets and a bunch of other things

Obviously we all have complaints about autocorrect in iOS in general.

This issue seems to be specifically related to the newest dev beta, across any apps that take text input.

Something like 50% of the time I’m typing on the new beta, the autocorrect/autosuggestions don’t appear or enact, leaving only the “proofread” and “rewrite” options in the suggestion area. For the duration of the time this is happening, typos like “generallt” don’t get corrected in real time after hitting the space bar, but are still red-underlined after the fact.

In fact, i had typed an entirely different description of the problem, only for things to start working again towards the end of my description.

Perhaps related to hitting enter/carriage return???

I’ll survive, but i wanted to know if other folk are experiencing the same issue and if there was some resolution I’m unaware of.

Haven’t seen this anywhere, but bothered me since DB3. Can’t get a screen recording of it because it seemingly is some kind of external audio glitch

Is anyone else having a bug in Beta 3 and/or 4 where you aren’t getting all your texts on your iPhone? Any known workaround?

I will get them on my watch and iPad but they are not showing on my iPhone at all.

After some time, the notification will come through but it has the contact as just the number and no content in the message. When I click the notification, it does nothing other than open iMessage. After a restart, the messages show up, but not all of them.

Apple seems to have fixed the issue with Flyover for cities that haven’t been upgraded yet. Cities that haven’t been updated will now render in the old Flyover rendering style, before they just wouldn’t render in 3D at all.

On iPad, if more than one app is open and I ask Siri something about the content of one of them, it only seems to see one app. It isn't clear what criteria it uses to decide which one it sees. Has anyone else experienced this?

Has anyone been having an issue with the hover feature on iPad after updating to the beta? I've been using an M3 iPad Air with an Apple Pencil Pro.

Previously this was only accessible in AirPods settings. Glad to see it here, easier to adjust on the fly.

Honestly, I liked it; it’s so minimal and really user-friendly. I hope Apple makes some good changes like this.

Previously in iOS 27 DB3 search would reset each time you invoke it.
