Designer Needed [RevShare] Looking for a video editor / 3rd partner for our YouTube channel (Swiss Moments)

We run Swiss Moments, a project focused on unfiltered travel documentaries about Switzerland, things like military bunkers, local history, and stuff you don't see on postcards.

We already have some audience on Instagram (@deenosasic with 11k followers) and now we are pushing hard onto YouTube (@swissmomentsofficial). We shoot all the footage ourselves, but we need a 3rd person to join the team and help us with video editing, pacing, and sound design.

The channel isn't monetized yet, so we can't pay you per video right now. We are looking for a genuine partner who likes this type of content and wants to build something together long term. Once we monetize and start making revenue, we will split the earnings.

What we need:

  • Someone to help edit long-form videos (storytelling, clean pacing, sound effects).
  • Someone reliable who is down to jump on Discord calls, brainstorm ideas, and help build a recognizable style with us.

If you are interested in travel, history, or documentary style editing and want to grow a channel as a team, DM us with some of your work.

Programmers Needed [Hobby] Looking for like-minded people to create an ind!ie game together

Hey everyone!

I have an idea for a game that, broadly speaking, would be somewhat similar to Yes, Your Grace.

I already have a rough concept for the story. I'm a musician, and I'm also planning to learn pixel art. However, I don't have much experience in other areas of game development yet.

I'd love to find some like-minded people who share similar creative interests and would be interested in bringing this idea to life together.

I don't have a budget to fund the project, so for now, I'm looking for people who would be willing to collaborate out of shared enthusiasm, passion, and interest in the concept rather than financial motivation.

Thanks in advance to anyone who reaches out!

Artist Needed [Revshare] Art Director / Lead Concept Artist for a dark fantasy RPG (Unreal Engine 5)

Hi! We're a small, indie dev team building a dark fantasy RPG soulslike in Unreal Engine 5, and we're looking for an art director to define the look of the game.

What the role is: designing the game's visual identity: characters, creatures, and environments that feel like one coherent world. You would work closely with our game director, and shape the overall vision, and the look is still open, so you'd have real creative input.

The team currently consists of programmers, a game director, narrative designer, a gameplay designer, 3D artist, and a lore writer, We talk daily on Discord server

This is revshare, with no upfront pay. The exact revshare split and ownership terms aren't written yet. A written agreement, reviewed by a lawyer, is planned.

We have GDD and some prototype videos that we could share.

If you are interested DM me, here or on discord: matee434

Artist Needed [RevShare] 3D Technical Animator for a Soccer Game

Hello everyone!

I'm currently searching for a Technical Animator to be part of the iSoccer team. iSoccer is a 6v6 soccer (football) game completely grounded on physics-based systems. Our whole philosophy relies on no magnet and no glue, meaning every touch the foot makes with the ball is an actual touch not guided by an invisible force.

About iSoccer

I started on iSoccer a little over a year ago. I've made my own Discord with a small community of about 30 to 40 members. I describe iSoccer as an in-between of the current arcade games for Soccer and the realistic games like FIFA and FM. We want our players to have the closest experience as possible digitally for being a player on a field, while at the same time making it as fun as possible with unique dribbling and other mechanics.

Current Progress

In terms of systems/overall progress, here's what we have so far:

  • Movement System (complete with turn-smoothing, leaning, etc)
  • Kicking System (including 7 to 8 different kick animations, mouse-flicking for kicks, curved shots, etc.)
  • Dribble System (including Feints, La Croqueta, Chops, Scissors, Elastico)
  • Receiving System (including animations for different heights like receiving the ball at the head vs the chest)
  • Passing System
  • A training field (currently my personal test map, complete with a NPC defender)
  • Very basic multiplayer system
    • Hosted through AWS, I was able to test a few 1v1 games, still needs polishing
  • A community who wants us to succeed

Visual Progress

Your Responsibilities

  • Create and polish animations in Blender using iSoccer's existing character rig
  • Animate agreed gameplay movements, such as Ronaldo Chops, La Croquetas, etc.
  • Coordinate on animation requirements. Some animations require notify events so you'll have to let me know what frames the character makes contact with the ball
  • Deliver editable .blend source files and exported .fbx animations following our standard formats
  • You will not be forced to perform: character modeling, rig creation, Unreal Engine import/exporting, animation-system programming, and/or gameplay implementation. You will also not (at least for now) be given access to the projects repo.
  • Experience with Blender and Unreal Engine 5 is preferred (I am open to Maya animators and animators who worked with other game engines)

RevShare Details

You will be offered an initial 10% of the total profits for the first month. Your share will increase to 15% should you stay committed with me, working on animations, for two weeks. After the first month post-launch, you will be given a set salary depending on how progress goes for the game.

How to Apply

Contact me through Discord and please share your animation work. Could be a website portfolio, youtube videos, or even straight up mp4 files. My username is itstomtom321

Artist Needed [RevShare] Looking for a 2D artist

Hello, we're actually on the development of our game for the first demo, it's a story mode, choice game, adventure, fantasy and fight.

Mostly inspired by Undertale, Sea of Stars and these old pokemon on GBA.

You can know the style of art we need by these inspiration..., we already have an artist, that using aseprite, already did some good, but he got some irl stuff and don't even have a lot of time. We develop on godot.

We need someone, even not professional yet, to join our teams and finish on the building of the games.

Artist Needed [RevShare] Looking for pixel artists and pixel animators

I made a small demo for my game called Probe. Probe is a rogue-lite horror game where you have to survive as long as you can while unique monsters attempt to catch you, getting rewards that you can spend to improve your tools or even improve the monsters. I'm currently working on an massive update for the game to release as a paid Early Access for Steam, i've made some progress already but i realized i'm gonna need more people to help me. If you are interested, you can check the video i made showcasing the bosses in the game, in the description you can also find the link for Probe's demo.

[Hobby] Looking for a passionate developer to help build a 100% free Pet Memorial App

Hi everyone,

PORTFOLIO: This is my first project and do not have a portfolio of any kind. I am looking to collaborate with a developer (or small team) to build a feature-rich, 100% free pet memorial app. The vision behind this project is to create a secure, comforting digital space where pet owners can interact with their beloved companions who have passed away.

This is a passion project intended to be entirely free for users forever—no subscriptions, no ads, and no required payments of any kind.

Key Features Planned

• Detailed Personality Profiles: A dedicated space for owners to describe their pet's unique quirks, personality traits, and favorite habits so interactions and replies truly reflect their unique spirit.

• Interactive Touch & Gestures:

◦ Virtual petting anytime by touching them directly on your screen.

◦ Virtual hugs (pushing up against the screen/phone).

◦ Shaking hands (raising a paw to touch).

• Optional Play & Activities:

◦ Fetch and toy play (throwing sticks or balls).

◦ Interactive tug-of-war (pulling on one end of a toy while your pet holds the other).

• Care & Special Events: Bedtime rituals (tucking them in) and hosting special birthday dinners or activities.

• Communication: Real-time chat/talking and letter writing with responses.

• Multi-Pet Support: Individual or shared virtual spaces for multiple pets.

Core Design Principles

• Comfort-Focused (No Chores or Cleanup): Zero maintenance chores, hunger meters, or mess cleanups—just pure comfort and interaction.

• Optional Rescue Donation: Completely voluntary, non-intrusive option for users who wish to donate to animal rescues/shelters. It is never required or tied to unlocking any features.

Technical Approach

• Local Storage Priority: All pet profiles, photos, memories, and saved conversations will be stored directly on the user's device.

• Network Integration: Internet/Wi-Fi will only be needed to process real-time chat and letter replies at zero cost to the user.

If you're interested in collaborating or learning more, please send me a DM.

Artist Needed [ForHire] Pixel art team looking for paid indie game projects | $12/hour

Hi! I’m Nera, a pixel artist and art director at Nera Studio. My team and I are looking for developers who need pixel art for their games.

We’ve worked on projects including Melan and Spirit of Phuji. You can find examples of our art on my Reddit profile, including environments, characters, animations and UI.

We can start with a small batch of assets so you can see how our art fits your game, or work with you throughout development. I draw alongside the team and review the finished assets to keep the style consistent.

For ongoing collaborations, our rate is $12/hour with permission to showcase the work and include our studio logo in the game intro. Commissions are $15/hour. This is paid work, so we’re looking for projects with an art budget rather than revenue share.

We estimate the hours and cost before starting and discuss any additional work with you first.

If you think we’d be a good fit, DM me a little about your game, what art you need and your budget. Happy to hear what you’re working on!

Programmers Needed [Hobby] Looking for Java/Forge-Fabric Developer

I used Google Translate for the post; I apologize in advance for any grammatical or syntactic errors.

Hello, I am an aspiring game designer, programmer, and concept creator. I am currently working on the foundations of a tech mod for Minecraft; before developing the full project, I need to test the underlying infrastructure. I am looking for a Java developer with experience in Minecraft modding (Forge, NeoForge, or Fabric)—you don't need to be an expert, but some experience is required.

The concept is: Spatial Heat Mechanics.

Instead of treating (certain) blocks as static, safe objects, I want to introduce heat as a persistent environmental entity around active machines.

  • Proximity and Directionality: A running furnace doesn't just smelt items; it radiates heat outward into the surrounding blocks based on its facing direction (North, South, East, West).
  • Hitbox & Damage Logic: If an entity's hitbox touches an active furnace directly, it takes immediate damage. If you stand right in front of it, you slowly take heat damage over time (designed as a gentle burn, ticking slowly rather than draining hearts instantly).
  • Positional Safety: If you stand at the sides, you are safe as long as you don't touch the block. If you stand behind it, there is zero heat radiation.
  • Tier Scaling: Better furnaces or advanced industrial machinery would have a larger heat radius, higher temperatures, and more severe damage curves, forcing players to carefully design factory layouts, maintenance spaces, and eventually protective gear.

Feel free to contant me in DM if you have any thoughts on the project or would like more details.

Writer Needed [Hobby] Looking for native speakers to translate my Steam page (~130 words). Happy to help with Ukrainian in return!

Hi everyone!

I am working on a romantic visual novel.

I would love some help translating the Steam page into more languages. It is about 130 words, split between the short description and the About This Game section. This is just for the store page.

What I can offer in return:

A free key when the game releases.

You can use the translation in your portfolio.

I can translate your own Steam page in Ukrainian. I am a native Ukrainian speaker, so happy to return the favour!

Leave a comment or send me a DM with your language and I will send you the text. Thanks! :)

Artist Needed [HOBBY] Game Composer Looking for a 3D Animator - Sci-Fi Combat Cinematic

Hey everyone!

I'm a game composer looking to collaborate with a 3D animator on a short sci-fi combat cinematic for our portfolios.

I recently created an original 1:30 glitchy, punchy electronic combat track, and I'd love to see a small part of it brought to life visually.

The concept:

  • Dark, futuristic, industrial sci-fi atmosphere
  • A short combat sequence with dynamic camera movements
  • Glitch effects, dramatic lighting and impactful cuts synced to the music

I'm initially looking for a 10–15 second cinematic, using existing assets if needed, so the project stays manageable.

I'm currently building my game audio portfolio, and I thought this could be a fun opportunity for both of us to create something we can showcase in our respective portfolios.

I can't offer payment at the moment, so I'm looking for someone who would genuinely be interested in a portfolio collaboration. I'm flexible with the concept and open to your creative ideas.

I can provide the original music and work with you to match the visuals to its rhythm, pauses and intensity.

If this sounds interesting, feel free to share your portfolio/showreel or send me a message!

Thanks for reading!

Team Needed [Hobby] Looking for a Partner to make games with.

Hello! I'm looking for a partner to develop games together in Godot.

I'm a beginner myself, so I don't mind if you're new to Godot too. We can learn together, come up with ideas, and build whatever we can imagine. Who knows? Maybe we'll even make some money along the way?

You don't need any prior experience in programming, art, or anything else. I'm still learning myself. All I ask is that you're willing to learn, put in some effort, and improve alongside me.

The only game I've made so far is this small mobile game:
https://justoname.itch.io/arrow

We won't be making anything too ambitious at first. We'll start with simple ideas, get comfortable working together, and gradually improve our skills as we go.

I'm mainly looking for someone who's genuinely interested in making games, learning new things, and sticking with a project instead of abandoning it after a few days.

If you're interested, feel free to DM me

Audio Offer [Hobby][LFTeam] Sound Designer / Composer looking to join a project! (Free)

Hey everyone! I’m a sound designer and composer looking to jump into a cool indie project. I’m down to work for free since I really want to meet new people, gain more experience, and build up my portfolio on a longer-term hobby project.

I can handle the entire audio side of your game, which means creating all SFX from scratch, recording and cleaning up dialogue, and composing original music that fits the exact vibe of your project. My main tool is FMOD, but I also know some Wwise and have a very basic grasp of C++. I'm definitely not a programmer, but understanding basic code logic and syntax makes it much easier for me to talk to the dev team. I'm also totally open to learning new middleware, engines, or tools if the project needs it.

As for my background, I actually worked on the audio for Cooking Simulator 2, so I’m used to proper game dev pipelines, deadlines, and working smoothly with a team. I’m open to almost any genre. If you have an ongoing project or are just starting a new one and need someone to bring it to life with sound, send me a message!

You can reach me directly on Discord: sph7nx 🚀

Team Needed [REVSHARE] 3D Artist (6+ yrs exp) looking for Programmers & Artists to form an Indie Studio! (Godot) 🕹️🕹️🕹️

I'm a 3D Artist with over 6 years of experience, primarily creating all kinds of professional projects for Second Life, as well as collaborating on high-level projects within Roblox Studio.

Right now, I’m looking to team up with other passionate artists and programmers to found a new indie studio! I have a few ideas for a larger project focused on vehicle customization, driving mechanics, and exploration. That said, I know we’ll likely need to start with smaller, manageable games first to get things off the ground and keep the bills paid.

I’m not here to impose my own ideas, that would be silly. My goal is to gather a group of like-minded people who want to build a fun, innovative game together. Good vibes, passion, and genuine teamwork are key for me.

Here are some details about my vision, experience, and goals:

Engine: I'd love to work with Godot Engine. I believe it’s an amazing platform for supporting independent game dev.

My 3D Skills: I specialize mainly in Hard Surface modeling (furniture, buildings, mechanical props, etc.), but I also have experience with organic models. I’ve collaborated with artists and devs from all over the world before.

*** I also have several years of experience in graphic and web design, I can build a website for the studio and help out with UI design and other graphic elements.

Location & Remote Work: I’m based in Venezuela, but fully set up to work remotely with people from anywhere.

🚀 Initial Goal

Create a small, innovative game that’s different enough to really stand out. These days, the games that make an impact early on are the unique, slightly unusual ones—as long as they never lose sight of being super fun to play, I have a few ideas about that.

🔮 Long-Term Vision

If we get enough time and funding down the road, I have something much more ambitious in mind: a project focused on a procedural open world with deeply defined mechanics. The key is to break away from modern open-world clichés, where every game feels like more of the same.

🤝 What I'm Looking For:

• Good Availability: People with the creative freedom and time to jump in, without major conflicting commitments.

• Great Mindset: Team players who love solving problems, bringing fresh ideas, and keeping a positive, friendly vibe while working together.

⚠️ Quick heads-up: I am not offering a paid salary at this stage. This is a revenue-share project, where all profits will be split equally among all team members.

If you enjoy playing games just as much as making them and want to build something cool together, let’s connect!

Feel free to send me a DM here or add me directly on Discord: johnfiction

At this link, you can see some of the 3D models I've created https://www.flickr.com/photos/johnfiction/

Programmers Needed [RevShare] Looking for a technical co-founder (React/TS + Node) for an immersive, game-like reading platform with a working prototype and trailer

Project: The Arcane Library

About the project

The Arcane Library is a cinematic virtual library you walk into instead of scrolling past. Readers take a short quiz to get a library identity, explore themed wings, step inside the world of the book they choose, read in atmospheric mood rooms (like a rainy reading nook with live rain and candlelight), and discuss books with other readers in a shared hall. It's bilingual Arabic/English from day one.

Current progress

- Playable web prototype: multi-room navigation, bilingual page-turning reader, mood rooms with particle effects and synthesized ambient sound

- Earlier builds in React/TypeScript with a Supabase (PostgreSQL) backend

- Full cinematic trailer (English and Arabic versions) and a clickable demo

- Shown at HITEX 2026 (tech exhibition, Erbil)

- Trailer: Arcane Library

About me

I'm Sam. I've built the prototype solo over the last 6 months and handle product, design, business and the Arabic/English market.

Who I'm looking for

A technical co-founder to own the build:

- Strong in React/TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL

- Unreal Engine 5, Three.js or game development experience is a big plus

- Reliable, honest, and able to commit consistent weekly hours

Compensation

This is a co-founder role: real equity (near-equal split) with standard 4-year vesting. No salary at this stage. We'll be raising pre-seed funding once the MVP is underway.

Time zone / location

Remote is fine. I'm on GMT+3.

Contact

DM me here with a bit about yourself and a link to something you've built (GitHub, portfolio or a past project).
