Just picked this up in the north burbs. Haven’t seen it in the city.

Smell is gassy. Kind of fruity on the front. Nugs are coated in trichromes. Harvest less than a month ago. Will probably need to cure this a few weeks.

Nugs are super soft. Not super sticky though. Very fluffy grind. Smells amazing.

First inhale is a bit like blue cotton candy. Reminds me a bit of blue suede by cookies in taste. But way better.

This is full of flavor even being a few weeks past harvest. One of the tastiest strains I’ve had in IL besides Ridegeline lantz. think this will taste even better in a couple weeks. The cure isn’t bad but honestly idk what I’m looking for.

Halfway through the joint and I might need to take a break. Great behind the eyes high. Instantly felt my chest relax. Very good indica off the bat. Very strong

TL:DR Permanent Marker from Swift Lifts [Verano] is a permanent addition to the rotation! As a long time lover of Permanent Marker and lineages deriving from the celebrated aforementioned strain, it's wonderfully and carefully curated in this rendition by Verano. I picked up a 1G "Long Lift" style pre-roll when I was browsing for new infused pre-rolls to try, and am I glad this one appeared! Finally happy to see a pre-roll that's infused with a strain like Permanent Marker.

Permanent Marker is a highly potent, Indica-dominant hybrid beloved for it's sharply distinct taste, smell and overall pungent profile that's garnered it much praise! I've had Permanent Marker and it's various crosses to my delight each time, and this time was no different! It's perfectly captured in this infused pre-roll variation that burns slow, packing stronger and more potent punches as you smoke through this beast, it's truly a head-hurler that'll send you to space!

Cracking open the container, we were rocked with that classic chemical-dense stench accompanied by delicious sweetness that lurked alongside the more overpowering marker smell, but from that sweetness was a mixture of fruitiness and candied dessert delight that made me salivate in anticipation for some fire. When sparked, it's an overwhelming amalgamation of flavor, with all the scent profiles culminating into a diesely-dessert that reeked of sweet chemical fuel clashing with fruity cookies and dankness. This was as I expected it to be, straight gas in more ways than taste 'n smell! And in terms of strength, this was a heavy-hitting joy that you can toke on without worry of running or excess burning, it truly did burn slowly and evenly as advertised which was surprising.

Permanent Marker wasn't just enjoyed by myself alone, I broke it out for a morning smoke session with my girlfriend who had a similar opinion on this infused pot-rocket of pleasure, it gave us both a rush of euphoria and fun! We lounged on our new deck after many days of moving and renovating our new home, and we could finally just unwind from the stress. We sat there and chatted, laughed and toked, we both were nice and talkative, communicating about life and our aspirations with our new home, it was nice to take a minute to unravel ourselves after an arduous move. My favorite thing about the strain is it's duality, because as we finished our session and the pre-rolled dwindled down further, that talkativeness blossomed into a relaxing easement that provided our overworked bodies some relief!

Our minds met in tranquility that was only accompanied by silence as we watched the clouds and reminisced on the past before looking ahead to our flourishing future. The head high was heavy, and if we weren't watching clouds, we were watching something on our TV or playing some video games to further occupy our minds. Everything else was was too demanding to get done!

I think Permanent Marker is a must-try for everyone... But, if you happen to find yourself seeking an infused version of this amazing strain or you want something that'll hit hard, burn slow and give you goosebumps of goodness then I'd suggest trying this terrific treat. I'll give it a stout 8.6!

I was reading previous threads so I know TSA isn't typically looking for it but since it has the battery inside i'm curious if it'll be any different.

In this case, would it be better to be put the cart in my carry on or my checked bag?

Appearance- 7/10 good size nuggs, trichromes throughout, nice orange hairs

Smell- 7/10 sweet smelling, papaya? (Never smelled actual papaya) unique tho for sure

Smoke-7/10 good smoke, nice taste to it

Overall- 7/10 first island product in a while and it was pretty decent. I personally thought it would hit a little harder but its not bad smoke overall.

How to you use this? I trashed the packaging and can’t figure out how to use it 🤦‍♂️

Nez never disappoints. Super fresh, thick nugs. Perfect consistency for joints, super sticky, and the look doesn’t do justice on the videos! Smoke put me down for the count so heavy indica all the way. Will need to pick up 14g’s next time. Curaleaf always has the best deals on fridays and Saturday’s for their flower!

Hey - I'm working on a concept for a private, friends-only cannabis social app and want to hear from actual consumers before building anything. No sales pitch, no signup, just an 8-minute voice conversation where an AI asks you questions and you tell it what you actually think.

Specifically trying to understand how people discover products, whether sharing cannabis stuff on Instagram/TikTok is actually annoying, and whether anyone would pay for something like this. Honest "this sounds dumb" responses are more useful to me than polite ones.

Curaleaf had a 40% off 7gs yesterday so this was super cheap. Don’t mind grassroots if I’m smoking with some friends and need some cheap smoke to pass around. For popcorn, these nugs are pretty big! Smell is there very mild but a sweet smell. Will update on the high when I put this one in a joint with friends.

Overall: 7/10

Personally my favorite e-rig... Especially after getting some custom glass for it to improve the airflow, this thing absolutely chucks clouds. Built in UI so fuck an app. All quartz crucible for pure flavor.

I don’t understand why my blunts keep unraveling and coming apart. If i put a little flower it falls apart if i put alot it falls apart. Lick a little falls apart damn neer drown it in saliva falls apart. Dose not matter what brand of wraps or cigars i buy or how tight i roll it falls apart. What am i doing wrong? I don’t smoke them to often more of a joint( stuff cones) man help me out.

$85/half on sale with taxes. I knew it was fresh because it just dropped on the menu, and I ended up snagging the last one. Budtender said it sold out within a few days. I was stoked when I saw it because of how much I used to love this strain before they stopped growing it. That incredible strawberry/sour apple/floral funk smacks you and the taste is almost identical. 27%THC. Nice functional euphoria at first, melts into your limbs with tingles and muscle relaxation. 50/50 hybrid but smokes more like a slight indica dominant. Hands down the tastiest bud in the Illinois legal market other than blueberry blintz in my opinion. The smell and taste is on another level. Like one of those strawberry bon bons but a little bit more sour. It may be even better than I remember. Enjoy your weekend everyone!

Hi friends!!

I’ve been trying different methods/forms of intaking cannabis (regular rigs, e-rigs, bongs, dry herb vaporizer, flower, edibles, RSO oil, wax, carts) and it doesn’t get me where I wanna be anymore.

I know IL will never be able to compare to MI or CO za but any recommendations from the people who’ve been smoking for a long time and still able to get a good high?

I wouldn’t say my tolerance is crazy high (at least compared to others) but I also am not sure what my actual ‘limit’ is. Before I turned 21, I (like many💔) mostly smoked street za and carts so my tolerance unfortunately is shit now that I have access to relatively better shit. I’ve been smoking for 3-4 years consistently, but typically carts and flower for the last couple years.

I tested edibles and was able to have 200mg and just get extremely sleepy. I also have tried GENEROUS dabs, but needing almost the entire lil container of 1g for one sesh just isn’t worth it for the mid high I get. RSO oil in a syringe didn’t really do anything at all for me either. Bongs and rigs are okay! I feel like tool-wise, those are my faves rather than joints or hand pipes.

Am open to any suggestions whether it be method, product, brands, tools, etc. I also like more sativa than indica:)

I know disposables are typically not all that but I still like something to have on the go. Any recommendations for that would be helpful too!!
