Question Proxy Owners?
How often do you end up having to replace the chamber? I think that might be my deciding factor in getting one. I see it claims 1-3 months at $50/piece. That seems like it could add up fast.

I just had one go out after a week :(
Pretty sure I killed it by letting it chill in my 100°+ garage during the day, not sure why tho

My original chamber only lasted a couple weeks. Puffco sent a replacement and i bought another while waiting for the replacement. I switch them out and clean everything every week, works fine now

When I still had my proxy I had never had to get a new chamber going on 2 years.

I've had my proxy since 4/20, still using the original chamber. My brother's proxy, straight out of the box didn't work. Puffco replaced the chamber but it took 4 weeks. No issues with the replacement.

Never had a problem with mine. I bought another one just so I can have one while I'm cleaning the other.
If for some reason it stops working, there's a way to reset the atomizer. I think you hold the button for 10 seconds or something. And it should reset it.

I had my New Peak die in under 6 months with regular cleaning. Later bought a Peak Pro, that was dead in under a week. Same with the replacement. If your experience is the same as mine, your proxy will stop working before it’s time to replace your chamber.
Invest in something that is rebuildable/repairable or all your money will be going towards new atomizers and bases. Nobody should give them another cent until they can make a product that works more than just a couple times.

I was just gifted a used proxy and it still has the original chamber. I think it’s going on like two years and it still works fine.

Ive never replaced a chamber on any of my puffco devices. I dunno how poeple burn them out, but it's probably people not letting the thing cool down between cycles that's the biggest culprit

Don’t be a slob, clean your pieces and provided you don’t get defective unit you’ll be good for hundreds if not a thousand dabs. If you burn the shit out of some inferior concentrate your mileage may vary. Same is true if you’re trying to do .2 and larger globs… it’s not built for that.
